This beautiful Husky mix has had a rough few weeks, but she’s ready to leave the past behind and begin a brighter chapter with a family who will love her unconditionally. Pepper’s journey started when she was left behind in a neighborhood, where some kind-hearted people made sure she was safe and cared for. She quickly became a favorite among everyone she met—especially the kids, who she absolutely adored! When Pepper arrived at the shelter, her gentle and loving nature stole everyone’s hearts. Unfortunately, she experienced a scary moment when another dog attacked her through their  loo shared kennel. Thankfully, her injuries were minor, and with the care and comfort of her southern foster family, she healed beautifully. Now fully recovered, Pepper is ready to make the trip north and find her forever home. She’s affectionate, well-mannered, and happiest when she’s close to her people. Pepper rides calmly in the car, is crate trained, and loves to share kisses. No fenced yard required — just love and companionship. He was heartbreakingly abandoned in the lobby of ACCT Philly alongside another Husky, and despite that experience, Phantom has shown quiet resilience and thoughtfulness. Phantom is curious and observant, taking his time to check out his surroundings and figure things out. He seems fairly confident, though there is still a touch of nervousness as he adjusts to new environments. Rather than rushing in, Phantom prefers to pause, and understand what’s happening around him — a sign of a thoughtful, intelligent dog. Like many Huskies, Phantom is smart and aware, and he’ll do best with adopters who understand the breed and can provide both structure and reassurance. As he settles in, his confidence continues to grow, especially with consistency and calm guidance. Phantom is looking for a loving, committed home that will give him stability and patience — a place where he won’t be overlooked again and can finally relax into being someone’s dog. A husky‑savvy family will quickly see what a special companion he is and how much loyalty and depth he has to offer.
