Story
Bailey was born 12/29/2021. She is a husky and bernese mountain dog mix. Bailey is a very sweet dog that loves being around people and other dogs. She is very playful and likes to run. She does good inside and mostly just lays on her dog bed and chews her bone. She does have to be on a lead with a harness or in a fenced in yard because she will run off. She can jump a 4ft fence. She is crate trained and that is where she sleeps and stays while nobody is home. She does have crate anxiety and will scratch to get out.

Story
Neko is a rambunctious pup. He needs someone with patience. He would do best in a home where the people are active. Do to his excitability and jumping, we are looking for a home with children over 12 years old. He loves to play. Neko doesn't get along well with all dogs or cats. Interested adopters need to come a few times to meet. He would do best with a fenced yard.

Story
Mikko and Denali are brothers even though they don't look alike. They became a member of our family as puppies 4 years ago. Mikko's original taker backed out and we chose to take both puppies. Mikko and Denali are fun, loving, energetic boys who need a home with a large, fenced in yard to run around. They love to play but, in their down time they love to be right beside you getting belly rubs. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to move and get a divorce. I have to work two jobs and can't provide them the time and attention they deserve. While this breaks my heart, it also makes me happy knowing that they will have a home filled with love and attention. They need to be together as they are a bonded pair. Please consider giving these precious boys a home, you won't be disappointed!

Story
When you meet our 6 year old husky/lab, Piper you instantly love her. She joined our family when we adopted her from the SPCA at 7 months because her sweet lean-in and affection won us over instantly. We have had the pleasure to spend the last 6 years with Piper. Piper loves walks, runs, roaming a fenced yard, chasing a ball, and being around people. She is loyal and wants to be near you. She needs daily physical and mental stimulation. Piper has many many amazing qualities, but has always struggled with anxiety. We’ve never had trouble with handling it until we started growing our family. Change is hard for Piper. Now with two toddlers and a third on the way we can see a new level of overwhelmed. We love her and because of that we want to send her forward to a place that can focus on her and give her a calm space that we can’t anymore.

Story
This beguiling spayed Husky is Princess, or as she is affectionately called “Pretty Princess” by her doting staff and canine volunteers. Princess has quite possibly the clearest blue eyes out of all our resident canines. Princess looks forward to her daily time in our outdoor playpens and long walks by our pond. Miss Princess is dog selective and has specific criteria in which she uses to assess fellow canines. This fluffy girl has been learning leash manners and has taken very well to listening to commands. She is still learning to manage her excitement when she gets clipped to a leash so some patience and muscle is needed to continue working with her. Princess is looking to be the center of your attention to someone who understands Huskies. Princess can be off leash in a fenced in yard if one keeps an eye on her!If you are interested in meeting her, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12p & 2p-5:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Complete an adoption application online to be pre-approved for adoption. If you do not own your home, bring consent from the property owner to have a dog on the property. As always, if you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption. Adoption fees: 6m and younger $250, 7m-5y $200, 6y-10y $150, 11y and older $100.
