Story

My grandfather recently passed and Sasha was his dog. My family and I are unable to keep her due to having our own pets and our living situations. Sasha does okay with other dogs as long as they allow her to be the alpha. She would do best in a home as the only dog. She is okay with cats but tends to want to chase them. She has never been in a dog fight or attacked a cat though. For children she is great and very gentle. She's house trained as long as she has access to a back yard or is taken out regularly. She has a sweet and loving personality.

Story

** Current Location: Foster home in Los Angeles ** • Rescue Story: Meet Osong👋 He was one of the puppies of a mama dog that was found after being caught in a snare and rescued in S. Korea. Now in a foster home in LA! [Update] He's very well mannered and only needs basic training/supervision. As far as young dogs go, he's easy and low maintenance. * Toys: Loves food dispensing toys. Once the treats run out, he will tear up any blankets/rugs 😆 so it's important for the adopter to make sure he doesn't ingest chunks of fabric. He does not chew up the blanket in his crate. * Potty training: He had some accidents in the beginning, but now he's doing very well with potty outside. I recommend putting out pee pads and/or a belly band for the first 3 days, when he's adopted. * Other dogs and kids: He plays really well with small dogs, but is scared of larger dogs, and needs to be introduced gently. He's already friends with a big sweet labrador, and doesn't bark at her anymore, or whine to get away. He's nervous of kids and will bark at them, but never tries to bite or be aggressive. My neighbor's kids are helping him get better 😆 He's not afraid of adults at all, men or women. * Separation anxiety: he whines quietly when left on his own, even with my other dog there. But settles very well in his crate. He barks/whines more loudly if my dog and I leave the house. We're working on it, but I think it's a sign that he will do better in a home with other dogs. * Leash: very good and easy to train. Loose leash and does not lunge/bark at other dogs, but needs small corrections if a large dog nearby is making him nervous. * No interactions with cats yet. • Health: A healthy, happy pup ready for his forever family!

📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: : Meet Dugger👋 an adorable pup with a beautiful smile! Dugger was one of the 9 puppies found on a street in South Korea at just two months old and taken to a high-risk shelter. They were luckily saved right before euthanasia by the rescue team, but Dugger had to be hospitalized due to the mange treatment while all his siblings found their foster homes. Even long after he got a clean bill of health, he is still in the private shelter without a single chance to live in the loving home he deserves. This friendly pup is more than ready to find a forever home! • Personality: Friendly, Easy-going, Active Dugger's endearing and bright personality shines through with his charming smile and playful demeanor even in the shelter. We would like him to have a family who enjoys outdoor adventures so that Dugger can experience many activities he has been missing while staying in the shelter. • Affinity with -Cats: Curious about them -Dogs: Gets along with other dogs in the shelter, but due to his play style, it would be ideal as the only dog in the house. -Adults/Kids: Good with all people, including men and kids, but he hasn't lived with kids in a house before, so it will be necessary to watch him being around kids at the beginning. • Shedding: 5-6 • Food Allergies: No. • Walking Manner: good on a leash! • Housetrained: He would prefer to potty outdoors when adopted with regular walks. • Bathing/Brushing: tolerates both well • Separation Anxiety: None. • Bark or Howl: No. • Carsickness: No. • Like & Dislike: LOVES people, attention, and treats! • Health: a healthy boy! ** Adoption Fee Information: The adoption fee covers international transportation and medical expenses, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, a health certificate, deworming, and other necessary veterinary care. In addition to the adoption fee, adopters are responsible for separate entry costs, which must be paid directly to the local customs broker who assists with the dog's customs clearance upon arrival at the U.S. airport. Details regarding the payment process will be provided later.
