After everything she went through, it would’ve been understandable for her to fear or resent humans—but instead, she wagged her tail at the Adogs team members. Seeing her heartbreaking yet hopeful spirit, Adogs decided to bring her to safety. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Tends to shrink back a little around both strangers and familiar people, but she gently accepts touch. Is a shy sweetheart. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs at our center. * With Cats: Has not met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, as she currently lives in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Unknown due to group living; may need training in a new environment. * Hygiene: Hasn’t experienced full grooming sessions (bath, drying, etc.) yet. * Walks: Does very well and keeps pace nicely on walks. * Car Sickness: Calm and quiet; does not get carsick. * No signs of resource guarding, defensive biting, or reactive barking. * Likes treats and going for walks!

She was exposed to freezing cold and infectious disease at the poor shelter and Adogs couldn't look away from the signal that she longed for a warm touch. Therefore, Adogs stepped in and rescued her. 3.) Personality and Characteristics * With People: Likes people so much that she approaches first without being shy. Is a playful puppy who likes to be around people. * With Dogs: Gets along very well with other dogs. Is a cutie who greets doggy friends all over the place and hugs them. * With Cats: Hasn't met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed because she is living in a group at the center. May need to be trained from the beginning at the home environment. Since then, Handsome stayed at a foster hom but was forced to return to the center because he had nowhere to go after his termination of foster stay. One donor feeling sorry about Handsome sent him to a training center. After spending a year there, Handsome is now at the Adogs center waiting for his family. 3⃣ Personality and Characteristics * With People: Is a little shy with strangers, but gets to take it easy and approaches when he gets used to people and feels secured. Also accepts people's touching very well! * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs at the center. Hangs out with his close buddies, too. * With Cats: Didn't pay much attention to cats in meeting them during the walk. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed because he is currently living in a group at the center. * Potty Training: Not confirmed since he is currently staying at the center. Relieved himself at the corner of the playground in the training center, or in the grass during walks. * Walks: Is good at walking when he feels stable, but tends to avoid by pulling on the leash when facing with strangers or anxiety factors. * Hygiene: Was nervous at first, but has adapted to bathing, drying, and brushing. Now gets just fine with it. * Bite: Bited before while getting his hind leg corrected at the vet clinic of the training center. May need follow-up surgery in the future. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Daeun was struggling with her hind legs dragging when the Adogs staff visited the Gimje City Shelter. Due to serious heartworm disease, her abdomen had swelled up. Adogs rushed to rescue her since she was in need of urgent treatment. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Growls and is wary of strangers. Bunts her head against familiar people, asking for pets once she feels comfortable with them. Takes people's touching gently when they pat her on the head. Makes eye contact and eats treats even when they are holding out treats by hand. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs who are currently staying at our center without any problems. * With Cats: Not confirmed yet because she has not met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed yet, because she currently stays at our center. * Potty Training: Is smart enough to use potty pads perfectly! May need training in a new home environment. * Walks: Cannot go out for walks because she has a problem on hind leg due to luxating patellar. * Car Sickness: Rides well without motion sickness! * Biting: Doesn’t bite at all, either in aggression or defence. * Barking: Hardly ever barks. * Likes: Likes treats so much. * Dislikes: Is frightened by sudden sounds or big movements.

We found her shivering in the freezing wind, and due to the high risk of infectious diseases at the shelter, we decided on an emergency rescue to keep her safe. 3️⃣ Personality & Traits * Interaction with People: She is shy around strangers and tends to keep her distance at first. However, once she warms up, she becomes a total "sweetheart" who wags her tail and shows lots of affection. She accepts physical touch and petting well. * Interaction with Dogs: She hasn't been officially introduced to other dogs for cohabitation yet, but she shows a healthy curiosity toward them. * Interaction with Cats: She has not yet been introduced to cats. * Separation Anxiety: She hasn't shown specific symptoms, but since she lives in a group environment, it’s hard to be certain. She may need training when transitioning to a home life. * Potty Training: Unknown due to a group life, though she currently prefers to relieve herself outdoors. Adogs couldn’t leave Saetbyul to live in a hell-like place full of trash and the corpses of her deceased dog friends. She was promptly rescued. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Seems to be uncomfortable with human touch or being seen, as she hunches her body and avoids people. However, she tends to take the physical contact nicely once it starts. With familiar people, she follows them around or excitedly greets them. Takes treats from hands nicely and likes walks. While outside, she still avoids being touched until cornered, but we think she will continue to improve with continuous care. * With Dogs: Is going to dog training school to learn how to get to know new friends, and now gets along well and plays with similarly sized dogs. * With Cats: Did not react to cats who she encountered during walks. * Separation Anxiety: Is unknown, since she lives in a group setting at the training center. * Potty Training: Uses outdoor potty, since she lives in a group setting at the training center. * Hygiene: Does not have issues with touching in general and takes brushing without issues. May stay still with discomfort during grooming, but doesn’t resist it. * Walks: Loves going for walk and enjoys walking and running. Pulls on the leash a bit, not extremely. Is sensitive and shy, and does not like crowded or noisy places. Has not shown any reaction to other animals so far. * Car Sickness: Is unclear, but doesn’t appear to have car sickness. * Biting: Doesn’t bite at all. * Barking: Doesn’t bark at all. * Likes: Really loves treats, so she will probably become much more people-friendly through positive reinforcement training. * Dislikes: Is scared of loud noises and big movements.
