Rocky is an energetic boy with so much love to give. He loves to play fetch all day and night, he knows some simple commands, and will make his owner so happy. He grew up with his litter mate brother which is the reason we need to give him up. It breaks our heart but we know he would be so much happier in a single dog home, preferably without children, as he is not much of a cuddler. He needs structure and lots of play time.

He comes fully potty trained and already knows what it means to be part of a household. No guesswork needed. Afro is sweet, shy, and the kind of dog who takes a little time to bloom. Once he feels safe, his favorite thing in the world is a gentle back rub. That is his love language. He adores children and does wonderfully with them, making him a calm and affectionate companion for a family with kids. Because of past trauma from being bitten, Afro is not comfortable around other dogs or cats and would do best as the only pet in the home. He also pulls on the leash, so he will thrive with someone patient who understands that healing is a journey, not a race. Afro is not looking for chaos. He is looking for kindness. A peaceful home. Sammy is a loving, affectionate, and cuddly 4-year-old Labradoodle (65 lbs) who bonds closely with her people and loves long walks and time outdoors. She is house trained, listens well, up to date on vaccines, and gets along great with other animals. Sammy has a lot of energy and would thrive with an active owner and a home with more space or ideally a yard. Sammy also has OCD and can become intensely focused on shadows and reflections, which requires patience and an owner who understands and can manage this behavior. She is intersex (hermaphrodite) and we are currently working with the Animal Medical Center in NYC regarding possible spay options. We live in a small Midtown apartment with two young children and sadly cannot give her the space she deserves. Midtown Manhattan — no rehoming fee. Our priority is simply finding the right home for Sammy. Please tell us about your home, yard, and experience with dogs when reaching out.

If you are looking for puppy kisses and snuggles, Joey is your guy. Joey enjoys playing with other dogs and would do best in a home that has another dog for him to play with. He will make a great family pet. Due to Joey's young age, adopters that are home most of the day are preferred. A NON-ELECTRIC FULLY FENCED FRONT OR BACK YARD IS REQUIRED. We typically adopt within 30 minutes of Wyckoff, Wayne, Dumont and Glen Rock NJ and Huntington NY. We WILL ABSOLUTELY consider other locations based on our availability to conduct a home visit in your area so do not hesitate to submit an application.
