Meet Charlie! ❤️ Charlie is a handsome, approximately 6-year-old, 80-pound Labradoodle (50% Labrador Retriever and 50% Poodle, DNA tested with documentation available). He joined our family as a rescue in November 2022. Charlie is a loving, playful, enthusiastic boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart! He loves attention, companionship, and being part of the action. Charlie has stayed with other caregivers for extended periods, both in their homes and ours, and has consistently been described as calm and well-behaved. Our family's schedules and lifestyle have changed significantly since Charlie joined us, and we can no longer provide the level of activity, outdoor play, and exercise he needs. Rehoming Charlie is heartbreaking, but we want what's best for him. We're looking for a loving, experienced owner who can give him the time, attention, structure, and active lifestyle he deserves. Finding the right home is far more important than finding one quickly.

George is a really great dog. We just don’t have the time right now. His mom was a chocolate lab and dad was a standard poodle. He has straight hair so it doesn’t get matted and is easy to take care of. He loves swimming if you have water.He’s 5 years old and has lots of energy, he just wants to be with you.

Story
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Luna has found herself in need of a new parent or parents to give her the loving home she deserves. Raised by a single woman, she has developed a wonderful personality that shines through even in these early days with us. We are still getting to know her better and will continue updating her profile as we learn more about her unique quirks and preferences, but so far she is settling in just fine and adjusting beautifully to her temporary surroundings. Luna gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home where she has canine companionship, though she is not particularly fond of cats and would do best in a cat-free environment. She thoroughly enjoys her toys and loves nothing more than settling down to chew on them for extended periods, yet she is respectful of household items and will not chew on anything that is not meant for her. A true cuddler at heart, she is happiest when she can curl up beside her people and become their devoted couch buddy for the evening. She is already housebroken and crate-trained, making the transition into a new home as smooth as possible. When Luna has a fresh haircut she clearly shows her Labrador side, with a neat and classic look, but when her coat is allowed to grow longer she begins to favor the taller, shaggier appearance of her Irish Wolfhound ancestry. Before she is ready for adoption she will receive an ovary-sparing hysterectomy to ensure she remains healthy while preserving as many of her natural instincts as possible.

Personality -He’s a low/medium energy doodle who is content with a daily walk (long or short, he’s ready) and then happily enjoying all the naps and cuddles. -He’s a huge fan of kids and the attention they give him. He will gladly soak up all of it. -He’s enjoyable to walk as his leash skills are fabulous. -He’s social and enjoys meeting and greeting new people. -He will make sure you feel celebrated when you return home each time. Just consider him your personal welcome committee. Ideal Home -Shadow’s ideal home will have a calm, submissive canine pal. I rescued Archie when he was 4 months old (He’s 15 months now). Unfortunately due to my health I’m unable to keep him. He’s a sweet boy that just wants to make you happy. He likes to hang out & to lay in the sun but is happy to bring toys and on occasion will get the zoomies. He’s great with other dogs & is submissive. My grandson just started walking & im 100% comfortable with him being on the floor with Archie. Archie is very shy until he gets to know you. He’s such a good boy and is perfect if you’d like company not a guard dog. He’s a lover not a fighter

I came from another home as part of an "oops" litter as a puppy, but I fell in love with my new humans right away! For a new home, I need lots of attention, I don't do well in a crate or alone (separation anxiety), but I am well behaved and easy to take along for the ride! Suki is the sweetest loving girl. She loves to sit inside, snuggled up on the couch. She’s ok with walks but she’s very timid around other dogs and cats. She’s lived with another large dog and a cat, but she’d rather be with people. She’s also amazing with kids of all ages. She’s more shy around men and more comfortable with women. She’s great with walks and being outside on or off leash. She usually likes to be very close to her people especially when she’s uncomfortable. She’s very shy, but very loving. We are making a big move very soon and don’t feel like the stress and climate change would be good for her. She is 5 years old.
