Bishop is an amazing one and a half yr old Labradoodle. He is fully vetted and microchipped. He does need some work on the leash, but we are working on that! Bishop loves everyone he meets and absolutely thrives when playing with other dogs!! We are requiring another playful dog in the home, for any potential adopter for Bishop. He is fun loving, outgoing, loves attention and quite the dapper looking fellow! If interested on Bishop, please fill out our adoption application: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org

Story
Coco, my beautiful chocolate labradoodle, is 6 years old, he’s gentle, funny, expressive, and loves to be petted and walked. I have a family member that turned out to be allergic to him so I have had to make the hard decision to re-home him. He does shed some hair, not like regular dogs but he did pull genes from the Labrador side. He gets along with people well. He’s curious about cats and dogs and aggression is not a concern at all but he does wear out smaller dogs than his size. He’s house-trained and is really good about respecting food on the counter. He doesn’t climb on beds or couches. He knows many commands and listens well except when chasing a squirrel. He’s fully vaccinated and he’s on heart worm prevention. He’s on a special diet and needs indoor living as he can’t take the TX heat. He needs a daily walk. Hoping for a family with no other dogs to adopt him. He’s the gentlest dog you’ll meet, it breaks my heart to see him go. Hoping for a loving home that will cherish him.

Story
We got Zoe as a puppy from a breeder and fell in love with her. She is so smart and she knows sit, lye down, paw, go home (kennel) and outside. She’s aggressive towards other animals. My pit bull we had before her bullied her as a pup but as she grew bigger than him she got aggressive with him and we also added a cat to the mix which she would like to play with but not in a good way. Every sense I brought her back in my cat is peeing and acting out. I love Zoe and would love to keep her but my daughters cat and my other daughters dog have to stay or I’m the bad mom. Also my kids aren’t helping me with Zoe and she needs a lot of attention like walks and playing. I no longer can give her these things because I’m constantly at work. Her lab part definitely stands out because she hunts baby possums in my backyard. She has not eat them but will kill them and present to you as presents. She’s not a bad dog just needs more love than I can give. She’s great with kids, just likes to jump.

Story
Obi is a wonderful dog that we love tremendously. He is sweet with our entire family and has historically been friendly with guests. We are seeking this option post a dog bite incident. We are highly regretful of the scenario and unclear on what triggered the incident. We believe he would be ideal in a household with another dog and ability for high levels of activity. We welcome and conversations.

Story
Hodu was adopted from Humane Society of North Texas. She is a little over 2 months old. She is energetic but also calm. She loves people and gets along with cats - perhaps other dogs as well. I would love to rehome this precious puppy to someone who has the patience, financial ability, and love and care for animals. Someone with experience would be preferred, but not a requirement as long as they show that they are willing to do the best they can to keep this puppy healthy and happy!

Story
Hello! My husband is a high school football coach. He had a previous player reach out to him for help regarding this pup and her sister Hera. He’s 17, has been taking care of them on his own, and his mom decided to move their family to Philadelphia. She asked him to find a home for the dogs otherwise she was going to dump them on the road. He tried to surrender them to a shelter but because he was under 18 he could not and this is where we came in. While the circumstances are not ideal for us, the last thing we wanted was for them to be abandoned in the streets. So we took them in with intent to rehome them on our own. She is sweet dog when she gets comfortable with you and loves attention. She will bark at unfamiliar people and noises. She has also nipped/growled at my daughter and shown to prefer adults. Out of an abundance of caution she stays in her kennel while my kids play.
