(Bailey is a lab mix but we unfortunately do not know what he is mixed with, so he is a bit smaller than your typical labrador retriever.) Bailey is a very good dog at heart, like most dogs he has lots of energy and likes to run around where there is plenty of space to, or go on walks. He typically enjoys being inside as well, once puckered out, and will have no problem staying put for some time inside. He is extremely well house/potty trained and will not do his business inside no matter what, in fact he will let you know when he wants to go outside. He seems to be picky about what dogs he likes to be around but with some time he warms up around most. He is the only dog we have in our household so it might take time for him to get used to being around another pet, if needed. Unfortunately when it comes to cats, I cant say the same, he does not like cats one bit. Also like most dogs, he gets very fidgety when there are any loud noises such as, thunder, fireworks, etc.

Hix has been with our rescue for a little while. Maybe because he is always riding around with his foster mom and not getting his glam pics online enough? We are adding new pics! He is a perfect buddy to have if you like to get out and about, he would enjoy going with you. This dapper guy is a 2-year-old Shepherd Lab mix that doesn't seem to be bothered by a whole lot of things. He enjoys his snacks, hangs out with his buddies in his foster home. Hix walks well with our junior and adult volunteers. He is never in a hurry to get back from visits or adoption events. He enjoys walks where he can people watch. His foster mom says he seems to be crate and house trained, and is an excellent guest at her house. He would do well in a single dog home or in a multi-dog home. It's impossible not to make you giggle when my zoomies kick in. I am a very sweet and handsome boy!As an added bonus, snuggling is my hobby.
