Bishop is an amazing one and a half yr old Labradoodle. He is fully vetted and microchipped. He does need some work on the leash, but we are working on that! Bishop loves everyone he meets and absolutely thrives when playing with other dogs!! We are requiring another playful dog in the home, for any potential adopter for Bishop. He is fun loving, outgoing, loves attention and quite the dapper looking fellow! If interested on Bishop, please fill out our adoption application: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org

Story
Coco, my beautiful chocolate labradoodle, is 6 years old, he’s gentle, funny, expressive, and loves to be petted and walked. I have a family member that turned out to be allergic to him so I have had to make the hard decision to re-home him. He does shed some hair, not like regular dogs but he did pull genes from the Labrador side. He gets along with people and other dogs. He’s curious about cats but we’ve never come close to one to really know how he will do but he’s scared of almost anything so aggression is not a concern. He’s house-trained and is really good about respecting food on the counter. He doesn’t climb on beds or couches. He knows many commands and listens well except when chasing a squirrel. He has his rabies shot and he’s on heart worm prevention. The special need is for him to live indoors as he cannot tolerate this Texas heat, and a daily walk. He’s the gentlest dog you’ll meet, it breaks my heart to see him go. Hoping for a loving home that will love him.

Due to a recent divorce and a move to housing that cannot accommodate them, I am no longer able to provide the home they deserve. I am committed to helping financially by providing their supplies and records, transporting them wherever needed, and doing whatever I can to ensure they remain together.Finding the right home for Maggie and Motley is my highest priority. I am willing to personally transport them to their new home anywhere within a reasonable distance to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition. My goal is not simply to rehome them—it is to find a family who will love and care for them as they deserve. After ten years of loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love, they deserve nothing less.I understand that adopting two senior dogs is a significant commitment, and I am happy to answer questions, provide veterinary records, discuss their routines and preferences, and help make the transition as easy as possible for both the dogs and their new family.

Story
We got Zoe as a puppy from a breeder and fell in love with her. She is so smart and she knows sit, lye down, paw, go home (kennel) and outside. She’s aggressive towards other animals. My pit bull we had before her bullied her as a pup but as she grew bigger than him she got aggressive with him and we also added a cat to the mix which she would like to play with but not in a good way. Every sense I brought her back in my cat is peeing and acting out. I love Zoe and would love to keep her but my daughters cat and my other daughters dog have to stay or I’m the bad mom. Also my kids aren’t helping me with Zoe and she needs a lot of attention like walks and playing. I no longer can give her these things because I’m constantly at work. Her lab part definitely stands out because she hunts baby possums in my backyard. She has not eat them but will kill them and present to you as presents. She’s not a bad dog just needs more love than I can give. She’s great with kids, just likes to jump.

Story
Meet Bigfoot – Yes, He's Finally Been Spotted! After years of blurry photos and mysterious sightings, we can finally confirm that Bigfoot is real! And this handsome black Labradoodle isn’t hiding in the woods—he’s been found and is ready to find a family of his own.  Bigfoot is almost 4 years old and is a gentle, easygoing boy who is happiest hanging out with his people and enjoying the simple things in life. He is completely house trained with zero accidents in his foster home and is also crate trained. Since he isn’t destructive or a chewer, he does well with some freedom outside his crate, too. Bigfoot loves other dogs and has a wonderful time playing with his foster sister. He would likely enjoy having a canine companion in his forever home. He has not been tested with cats. When it’s time to get out and explore, Bigfoot is ready to go! He loves walks and does well on a leash. He can get excited when he sees another dog out for a walk, but he is easily redirected and keeps moving along. Bigfoot can be a little shy when meeting new people, so he does best with a calm, proper introduction. Give him a little time to realize you’re a friend, and you’ll get to see the sweet and affectionate boy underneath that initial shyness. Once he’s comfortable, Bigfoot is all about companionship. He is a champion couch companion who would happily curl up beside you for a nap—or sleep in bed with you if he gets the invitation! He is also a pretty quiet guy and rarely barks, although he will let you know when someone comes to the door. Bigfoot is fully vetted and is currently being treated for an ear infection. He is such a gentle soul that even when it’s time for his ear medication, he simply lies down and lets his foster take care of him. Bigfoot may have been hard to spot, but he’s impossible to miss once you get to know him. If you’re looking for a gentle, well-mannered companion who enjoys walks, other dogs, and a good couch cuddle, this handsome boy may be the one you’ve been searching for. ##2823437##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Delilah, a beautiful young mama who has already overcome so much. In April, Delilah was found after giving birth in a dirt field next to an apartment complex. Her newborn puppies were scattered in the dirt, and this sweet first-time mom was trying her best but simply didn’t know what to do. Delilah’s story could have ended very differently, but she was rescued and given the care and support she needed. Now she’s ready for the next chapter of her life — one where she gets to be loved, spoiled, and finally just be a dog. ❤️ This sweet girl has medium energy and a wonderful personality. She is potty trained, crate trained, and dog friendly.  Delilah enjoys a good game of fetch and absolutely loves the water! She’s still learning how to swim, but she has discovered that playing on the pool steps is pretty amazing. Delilah Song is proof that a rough beginning doesn’t define your future. She is loving, playful, resilient, and ready to find the family who will show her just how wonderful life can be.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 3, 2026, 8:36 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Dandelion is a sweet, affectionate girl with a big personality and lots of energy to burn! Her foster says her forever family will love her playfulness, goofiness, and sweet, cuddly nature. Dandelion thrives on activity and will do best in a busy, active household that can give her the physical exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation she needs each day. When the house is quiet, she’s happy to settle down and sleep, but as soon as there’s activity, Dandelion is ready to go! She loves playing with toys, running around the house, and joining in when the other dogs are having fun. She’s very smart and a quick learner, so training and enrichment are great ways to help channel some of that energy. Having another playful dog in the home would be a plus and could give her a buddy to romp around with. Dandelion isn’t looking for a couch-potato lifestyle—she needs a family who will keep her active, engaged, and appropriately exercised. Give this girl the outlet she needs for all that energy, and you’ll get a wonderfully affectionate, goofy, and cuddly companion in return.     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 3, 2026, 8:36 am
