Meadow is a gorgeous LARGE doodle!! She is approximately 2 years old, fully vetted, HW neg and microchipped. Meadow is fearful of SOME men, so she needs someone with patience, as we believe she was abused, in her previous home. She absolutely LOVES playing with other dogs, crate trained, knows basic commands, though still has high puppy energy, at times. Meadow can act timid/shy when meeting new people, though once she knows you, she will be your best friend! She's a strong girl, who needs some work on a leash. We prefer Meadow to go to a home with older children, due to her size (100 lbs), and the possibility of her getting excited and jumping on a small child. Story
Annie is a precious doodle girl! She is approximately 8 years old and weighs 55 pounds. Annie went through heartworm treatment at the end of last year, and has now received the "all clear from the vet. She is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. She does great with other dogs, and basically matches the other dogs energy, though she is not a fan of smaller dogs jumping up in and on her face. Annie has had no exposure to cats, since joining our rescue, so we are not sure how she would do with one. Annie loves to go for walks, though she is strong on a leash, and will pull, if she sees a squirrel, rabbit, etc. She is house broken and does not get crated, so we are hoping to find a forever home for her, where she will be allowed the same freedom. Howdy there partner, my name is Leo! I'm a 2 year old Labradoodle that's always so happy as my tail never stops wagging. I was brought to the Humane Society after my previous owners schedule got too busy for them to have a dog, which makes sense as the two breeds I'm mixed with, we're usually a lot of energy! I would really love an active family that enjoys going out on hikes or daily walks and a backyard I can get all my zoomies out in. I do wonderful with children as I love all people I meet. I'm good with other dogs, but I can be a little too much for some, so schedule a time to bring your dog up so we can meet! I seem to be housetrained but please just give me some time to learn your routine, as I'm an intelligent fella, I'm sure I'll catch on quickly. I do know a few tricks such as "sit, down, stay, and wait" and boy would I love to learn more! I love to play the trade game where you throw the ball and I run after it and you tell me to sit and wait and you throw the next ball. I'm neutered, current on my vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped; which means I can join your family today! Oh, sweet Moses! This handsome dood is ready for his fur-ever home. Moses is smart, playful, and fun. He enjoys learning new skills and responds well to positive reinforcement and treats. He loves adventures with his hoomans. He enjoys a good backyard romp and a hearty session of fetch. If it’s round and rolls, Moses is a fan! He enjoys companions who can match energy and are close to his size (40-lbs or larger). He enjoys a rough-and-tumble style of play. He is a medium-energy dude with bursts of extra enthusiasm. He loves meeting new people. Who can resist that fuzzy face? Moses’s eyes speak to the wisdom gained through life experience. Moses has had a few hard knocks and has spent some time with our training partner learning how to trust humans after they’ve let him down. He will need extended time to decompress and to establish trust with his family. Once he trusts you, he’s a terrific, loyal companion. He’s no puppy to be trifled with; he is looking for a partnership with his family. He needs rescue-savvy, experienced owners who are willing to continue working with his trainer to ensure he successfully transitions to his home. For this reason, potential adopters must live in the DFW area and be willing to work with his trainer through his transition and decompression. Moses’s adoption fee is $400. He is HW negative, current on all HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Moses a second chance. Story
Lucy was adopted when she was 5 months old and returned 3 1/2 years later, severely underweight. Her family had come on hard times and said they fed her when they could. She was 40 pounds and just skin and bones… and she was less than an hour from euthanasia when the rescue pulled her from the shelter. She’s doing GREAT now and looking for an energetic person to love and spoil her for the rest of her life. She’s full of life and energy and love and needs a person who will commit to making sure she gets lots of exercise/playtime!

Story
Piggy is a 3 year old, energetic, talkative (rarely barks, but does "Roo!" at you), playful bundle of fun. He loves going to the dog park, playing with the other dogs, daily walks and cuddles. He's a real gentle giant. Great with dogs, and if you have a cat that will stand its ground and swat him a couple times, he's great with cats too! (He likes to chase them, though, so I put "no" for good with cats). He is kennel trained, and will sleep there (but loves to snuggle up on the bed too, if you're into that). He likes to "talk back" and has a hilarious personality and great temperament. He does sometimes jump on people when excited, we're still working on that one. Pig's start at life was a hard one. He was in an abusive environment where he was kept in his kennel virtually all the time, yelled at, never taken for walks, and hit. Despite all of that, he is warm and full of love. He has a puppy's sense of wonder. We're trying to make sure the rest of his time makes up for his past.
