Story
Meet Benny, a vibrant pup brimming with energy and affection, ready to find his forever home. Benny will thrive in a calm environment with consistent exercise, training, and mental stimulation. He loves and needs his daily walks and is fantastic at playing with other dogs. Benny’s affectionate nature with his humans knows no bounds. While Benny needs further guidance in channeling his excitement and touch of stubbornness, he has shown he is very trainable with a little patience and kindness. He knows how to relax and keep himself entertained with the right chews and toys. He’s trustworthy when left alone in a room while you’re away from home. He is still working on that counter-surfing impulse because he knows all the best food is kept up there! Benny’s ideal home would be with an individual or couple with an active lifestyle who are committed to continuing his training and ensuring consistent leadership. He doesn’t always understand his size, so he would do best in an adult-only home. Benny is looking forward to being a devoted and loved family member. If you're seeking a loving, active, and trainable furry friend, Benny is the perfect match, ready to bring joy and affection into your home. Benny’s adoption fee is $700. He is HW negative, current on all HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Benny a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour radius of the Austin area, please click here: https://www.doodledandyrescue.org/all-adoptable-doodles/benny-2, click on one of the Adoption Application buttons, and select BENNY from the drop-down menu on the application form.

Story
Did you ever dream of living the luxe life, being the envy of all your neighbors, as you cruise down the street with your very own Bentley? Doodle Dandy offers you this extraordinary opportunity to own your very own exclusive, exquisitely-crafted, one-of-a-kind Bentley. Our 3-year-old labradoodle is all this and much more. He is a giant love bug who lives for and loves hugs! Bentley has deep luxurious fur you can sink your fingers into—all the better for those back scratches and belly rubs. Precision engineering means this dood enjoys the finer things like cushy beds and poolside lounging. Like most exotic cars, Bentley prefers to be seen and to see—he loves gazing out of his showroom (backyard) through the iron fencing to see his admirers (and squirrels). He also enjoys cruising the streets as a Passenger Prince. Bentley would much rather be next to you and prefers to avoid time in the garage (crate). In fact, this sleek ride does really well just hanging out when you have to leave. He’s quite trustworthy. To maintain this amazing pup and keep him in tip-top shape, simple and basic maintenance is required: snack, hug, nap, and repeat. Do this often and you will have the most amazingly affectionate pup. In gratitude for this, Bentley will reward you with leaps of joy when greeting you, along with his heart-warming smile. Yes, he actually does have a toothy, full-on smile. The perfect home for Bentley would need to have a big backyard to run and play in. He will need a fence due to his springy “hydraulics”. Given Bentley’s size, we suggest children 12 and older. As a premier experience, Bentley is secure in his Alpha standing; he gets along well with other dogs who are submissive. An absolute necessity for the placement of Bentley is a home that will dote on him. After all, this is one very special pup. What you give to Bentley will be given back to you in countless ways with his adoring love, his total devotion, and his never ending affection. To own your very own, exclusive, and one-of-a-kind Bentley, our MSRP sticker price is $700. Instead of tax, title, and license, this fee would include neuter, HW/Flea preventatives, and HW negative tested in his cost for adoption. All our fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for our Doodle Dandy Dogs. This helps us to maintain and offer the most amazing and loving pups, all rescued, then lovingly fine-tuned to make the most awesome companions as pets. You will need to live within a 5-hour radius of the area where Bentley is located. Please click here: https://www.doodledandyrescue.org/all-adoptable-doodles/bentley and click on one of the Adoption Application buttons on this page and select BENTLEY from the drop-down menu on the application form.

Story
This beautiful fur baby's name is Willow and is she approximately 2 years old. She is a very sweet and friendly girl who loves attention. She is currently vaccinated, micro-chipped and heart worm negative. The clinic that originally vaccinated her couldn't tell if she was spayed and because we didn't want to put her through unnecessary spay surgery we decided to wait to see if she went into heat. She hasn't exhibited any signs of going into heat in the year we have had her so we believe she is spayed. If after she is adopted, she should go into heat, we will pay for her spay surgery at a vet of our choosing. Willow would be a great family dog. She has a lot of energy and because she is still the "perfect dog" in training, needs some work in some basic training. She knows the sit command but in her excitement to get attention from humans she might jump up and put her paws on them which could be overpowering for small children, therefore, we believe she would be a better fit for families with larger children. She is friendly towards other dogs and we believe she will do great with any dog that is playful in nature with an even tempered personality but would be fine in an only dog family as long as she received a lot of attention from her family and daily exercise. She currently is fostered on property that has a lot of room for exploring. Willow does lose her winter coat starting in the spring so her fur does need to be raked to remove the loosened fur. She seems to enjoy it (and the attention she gets during the process). If you feel this wonderful girl would fit into your lifestyle please email us at arnt_dfw@yahoo.com for a pre-adoption questionnaire which is part of the adoption process. Once reviewed, if it appears your home would be the right fit for her we can schedule a meet and greet. Her adoption fee is $200.  We also conduct home visits as part of the adoption process, therefore she is not available out of state. April 9, 2023, 12:13 am
