Hazel is a gorgeous 2 year old AKC certified, pure bred Chocolate lab who needs a new home. We just don't have the time to play with her or spend quality time with her right now and that's unfair to her. She's very energetic and loving and she loves to play fetch. She's spayed and up to date on her shots and also comes with a crate. She needs a yard to run and loves her toys. She's potty trained as well. We love her and want her to go to a good home where she will be taken care of.

She has other dogs to care for and although Floyd has been a wonderful friend to her dogs, she would like for him to have a better life with his very own person/family. Jigsaw-Lab/Australian Cattle Dog X Male, 2 yr. (July 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Jigsaw came to Rescue when the Head Trainer at a Prison Training Program found him in a kill Shelter. His prior owner had abandoned him there and his life was in grave danger. The head trainer took him to the Training Program. He's been doing great!! He has learned house training, crate training and basic obedience. He gets along well with the other dogs in the Program. We do not know for sure on cats or children, as he's not exposed to them at the Prison but will find this out when he is done at the Program. The trainer described Hank at about 45#, a solid fella. He will enjoy a fairly active life. Jigsaw's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Kloni-Lab/Shepard X female, ~ 2-4 yr. (Sept. 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Kloni was rescued from a sad, lonely life in the back yard. One of her owners had passed away and the other human in the family kind of shut down. Kloni was left to life of isolation. She's now been rescued and loving her new foster home. There are runs in the great outdoors, new dog friends and lots to do. She's friendly with everyone and athletic. She'll be a wonderful companion and be an active girl, hiking and running. Kloni's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Include your location and a phone number for future communication. FOSTER MOM UPDATE: She is a wonderful dog! She’s pretty obedient and she gets along with the other dogs. She likes going in the car. Kloni is a very happy dog. In June, her owner died unexpectedly. She was forced to live outside on a deck with a fenced backyard with little to no contact after that time. Once I got her to the farm, introduced her to my dogs, Kloni became a different dog. She would really thrive in a loving home environment. It seems that her owner did a wonderful job with her manners. Kloni just needs to have a loving environment once again.
