Story
Jack or how we call him Jackie is a very good boy. We rescued him when we lived in california, he was red tagged to be euthanized as a very small puppy but we got lucky and got to take him home, that was just over three years ago!. We had very small babies at the time and he is so gentle with kids. We moved out here hoping to have a yard for him but that did not happen. He is a medium sized dog and wants to run and play but we have no space for him. My family is sad to see him go but it's the best thing for him. A nice family would be amazing!

Story
My wife adopted Fergus 6 years ago as a puppy just before we were married. As our family has grown and our lifestyle evolves, it’s become difficult to keep up with this big hairy boy’s needs in our tight fitting home. He’s truly an amazing animal and companion. Very loving, affectionate, and cuddly. His biggest frustration for us lately is getting into the trash or eating off the table if we leave things out while gone. That, combined with coat/shedding maintenance and religious vacuuming has added to much to our very full plates. He will thrive in an environment with lots of attention, affection, space to play, kids or other dogs, and a very routine grooming schedule.

Story
Piper is around age 7. Piper is a sweet and mainly lazy girl. She needs a new home due to our incredibly busy work schedules. She just needs a little more time and love than we have to offer right now. She is good with most other dogs and has been fine around the few cats she has come across. She needs a home that has more time for her. More time outside and more time for snuggles.

Story
Lorelai’s journey didn’t start kindly. She was found tied to a tree before being brought to the shelter, where the noise and chaos were overwhelming for her. Lorelai spent weeks struggling in that environment—until ManyPaws stepped in and placed her with an incredible foster who gave her the space and safety she needed to heal. Once Lorelai feels secure, she’s an absolute gem. She’s affectionate, intuitive, and beautifully balanced, the kind of dog who’s just as happy curled up on the couch as she is racing around the yard showing off her zoomie speed. She’s independent but deeply loyal, forming strong bonds with the people she trusts. Lorelai can be cautious with new people and dogs at first, but patience and calm introductions make all the difference. In foster care, she’s learned that not every stranger is scary, not every dog is a threat, and that the world can be a good, joyful place. With thoughtful guidance, she blossoms into a sweet, devoted companion. Inside the home, Lorelai truly shines. She’s quiet, clean, and respectful of routines. She sleeps peacefully in her crate all night, entertains herself with toys or bones during the day, and causes no chaos, just calm, steady companionship. She loves lounging just as much as she loves running, making her an easy and enjoyable dog to live with. Lorelai has worked hard in training and continues to build her confidence. She walks nicely on leash, eats comfortably alongside her foster brother, and proudly shows off her Sit and Shake skills once she warms up. She’s thriving with structure, consistency, and connection, and the rescue will continue covering her training after adoption. Lorelai isn’t for the average pet owner, but for the right person, she’s everything. She’s looking for someone who understands that leadership is about trust, patience, and partnership. In return, she’ll be a fiercely loyal friend who sticks by your side through it all. If you’re looking for more than a dog—if you’re looking for a true companion—Lorelai might just be your perfect match 🐾💛 EMBARK BREED RESULTS: American Pit Bull Terrier: 33% Labrador Retriever: 31% Australian Shepherd: 12% Boxer:11% Golden Retriever: 7% German Shepherd: 4%

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.    Ladies and Gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to……..~WOOFLES~ I am a 4 month-old male Golden Doodle with beautiful red fur and stunning eyes of golden brown. *BLINKING* I look like a super model and act like one too! *Please visualize the wind blowing through my hair* ·       I weigh 25 - 30 pounds, and I AM going to be a BIG boy, topping the sleek weight of about 65 - 75 pounds ·       I am potty trained. I was a quick learner, just a few days and I was a pro. ·       I am kennel trained, I get fed in there and when my mom is at work I sleep nicely with NO accidents ·       I am treat motivated – Did you say treats?  I heard you, you said treats… ·       I am working on the leash, I will walk with one, but I will run around you in circles.   ·       I am not sure about cats or kids, but I am sure I will do fine.  I am jumpy at first, but I LOVE YOU, I love you so much.  I am unaware of my size so older kids would probably be better suited for me, with additional training I could be great with all kids. ·       I live with dogs, who I also REALLY love ·       I will not shed much, if at all. My past is a little hazy.  All I remember is being on a cold floor surrounded by other dogs, then boom, I was in a home with love and a promising future ahead of me. Foster mom has promised as much love as I can handle until I can be placed in my forever home. I scored! I may look like a 92-year-old man with my scruffy beard and out of control hair, but I am not an old man.  I am a puppy with puppy teeth and zoomies, what old man has zoomies?  I could use some good chew toys.  I wasn’t aware of toys until recently and I love them. I really enjoy water, my foster mom often finds me standing in the water dishes, one paw in each dish. I don’t see a problem with it, just getting a pedicure for my ‘dogs’. I also really like to munch on frozen water, which my mom calls ice. Can we talk about my ‘leg warmers’, fluffy legs, fluffy slipper feet.  My legs are so long they seem to be a tripping hazard for me. It is like I am trying to walk for the first time; I trip over my own four feet. If you are looking for a dog who will manage you and your whereabouts, I will micromanage you! If you are late feeding me, I will remind you. If you leave the room, I will follow you.  If you manage to get up without me knowing, I will find you. I have a set of skills and locating you is one of them.  My mom says I am completely unaware of personal space; her space is ‘our’ space now. Final things to know about me: I am a mix of two smart breeds and will need some direction and training to keep me from getting bored.  I love everyone and everything that is with-in 100 feet of me.  I have been known to nibble at ankles to get your attention… I can also be a tripping hazard, I run between your legs, in front of your legs, behind your legs (I think you get it) – I need to be the center of your attention. WOOFLES is my name, playing is my game!  If you would like to meet this fluffy goof ball, apply at: https:bit/ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 6, 2026, 3:54 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi future family My name is Cami and I’m a 1 year old black Lab mix weighing in at 57 pounds of love… okay, maybe with a few extra pounds What can I say? I’m a girl who appreciates the finer things in life! One of my cutest features is my adorable black polka dot tongue you’ll have to see it in person because everyone says it makes me extra special.  I love people especially if you have hands to pet me! If you’re looking for a shadow and best friend, I think we might be a perfect match!  I’m also a huge fan of toys and I’m not picky at all. Balls? Amazing. Chew toys? Love them. Anything that squeaks? Even better!  Did someone say walk?! Don’t say that word unless you have a leash in your hands and expect me to come running to you! I walk beautifully on a leash, and if I happen to find a stick along the way, you can bet I’ll proudly carry it for the entire walk like the treasure it is.  I love other dogs of all sizes and would be thrilled to have a furry sibling or play buddy to romp around with. Big dogs, little dogs I love them all!  I’m also the total package because I’m:  Fully potty trained  Crate trained  Trustworthy left out of the crate  Very quiet (my foster mom says she rarely ever hears me bark!) If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing girl who loves people, dogs, toys, walks, and carrying sticks around town, I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to meet my forever family!
