Story
Birdie is a 3 year old labradoodle who inherited the lab hair coat. She loves snuggling and playing outside and is great with kids, dogs, cats and all humans. She loves to go on car rides and adventures.  Birdie has undergone a ton of training and is very well behaved.  She knows basic commands and very good at place on her bed.  She will stay there until she is released. She walks great on a leash and is very treat motivated.  True to both breeds she does need exercise to be a happy camper!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 12, 2024, 8:10 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi new friends, Amory here!     I'm a nine-year-old pit mix. I may be considered "older", but you'd never know it when meeting me. I love walks around the neighborhood, car rides, and going to new places...all the things! As long as I'm with my people, I'm happy. I also LOVE to snuggle. Movie time is my favorite, and if I can snuggle up next to you and sleep, I’m in heaven!    I’m crate trained, house trained, and I'm a pro with the doggy door. My foster parents say that after a couple of weeks of adjusting, I'll be just fine left out in my new home while my family is away. I just snuggle up on the couch or a dog bed for a nice nap until my people return.     I’m good with other dogs and really love little dogs. I will even play tug with other dogs or run around the yard to play when they want. I'm pretty content doing whatever the other dogs in the house enjoy! Oh, and did I mention that I love kids? I think they're so fun! My foster mom says I'm too interested in cats and should probably live without them, but otherwise, I'm as close to perfect as they come!    As I mentioned, I’m in great health for my age and like other senior dogs, I just need a joint supplement to keep my body in good shape. If you could give a sweet senior girl a nice, cozy place to retire, a few toys and bones, and so much love, please apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 13, 2024, 8:04 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet handsome Perigee! Perigee is almost 1 year old and weighs in around 35lbs. I'm listed as a lab mix, and we're guessing there are several other breeds in that "mix" lol! I'm looking for a special family, because I'm a special boy! I am basically the sweetest little man you will ever meet - loving and affectionate and full of snuggles I love my doggie friends and I've lived with pups as small as 5lbs! I'm playful and fun, but I also know how to leave dogs alone if they don't want to play. I love toys, too, and if no one wants to play, I'm pretty awesome at throwing the ball for myself! I'm a friendly, social guy and I love meeting new friends, both human and canine. I'm also totally crate trained (I love my crate!) and totally potty trained (I would never mark indide your home or have an acident!) Oh, so anyway, back to that "special needs" thing. I have Mega Espophogis. That means I have to eat in a special chair because my espophogus doesn't do it's job (lazy!) and I need gravity to helpo make sure my food gets to my stomach - otherwise I will regurgitate (gross and not fun). The chair and the right food (FreshPet is my fave) makes all the difference! I also take a couple of pills daily. I am a super smart kid and I think I would be so good at so many things! I would be best at being your best friend, though. I love to play outside, go for walks and all the other fun dog things! And then, of course, snuggles on the couch after. I have a great moderate energy and so much love to give. Do you think you could be the family I've been waiting for? Apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication! I've been with Rescue Rovers for 8 months already and no one has wanted me. I would really love my own family. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet “Kanga Rue”! Isn’t she cute? She is approximately 9 years old and she’s listed as a Lab Mix (possibly some shepherd too). She’s just under 40 pounds and built like a deer (taller but slim). She’s one heck of an easy dog and sweet as can be! She has a moderate energy level and is good to just chill with you or go for a nice walk around the neighborhood. She also talks to you when she’s wanting attention or ready to eat (it’s very cute). Kanga Rue knows some commands (she’s smart and obedient) and will do just about anything for a yummy treat (very food motivated). She will need to stay on a low fat food. She’s currently eating Prescription Diet Digestive Care food and she loves it. Kanga Rue loves being near her humans. She is very loyal and loves to follow her foster mom around. She’s great with kids, but would probably prefer older kids that are a little more on the quieter side. She would be great in a home with other dogs or being the only dog. She is house trained, dog door trained and crate trained, but she doesn’t need to be in a crate and can be trusted when left out. She could use a little work on the leash, but despite that she’s dang near perfect! If you think you're the someone(s) that can provide her a loving and safe home forever, then please apply to meet her today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 13, 2024, 8:04 am
