Story
Lola is silky sweetness and sunshine. This petite dog has a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. She adores the company of other dogs and gets along well with cats. Her favorite pastimes include snuggling up with her foster mom, enjoying any and all snacks (she’s not picky!), and romping around the backyard with her canine foster siblings. Lola is making wonderful progress with potty training and is already sleeping peacefully through the night—curled up against her foster mom in bed.
Lola is most comfortable around adult women and due to her sensitivity around men and children, she would do best in a calm, adult-only home (primarily with female caregivers).She’s a sweet and loyal little companion who is sure to thrive in a patient, loving environment. If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate dog with a soft coat and an even softer heart, Lola is ready to bring warmth and joy into your life.
Lola is a 1.5-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Lola is also tested with other dogs, cats, and potty and kennel trained. She would do best in a home without children. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
