This amazing, sweet, friendly dog is available for adoption! We rescued her on October 23, 2025 from the Baldwin Park shelter and renamed her Cherub, because she is a sweet little angel. I find it hard to believe that this dog was in the shelter for a month and no one adopted her! Perhaps it was because the shelter arbitrarily said she was 14. We saw 2 vets right after getting her, and they both said she is probably only about 10 years old. She's vibrant, healthy, has pretty good teeth, is very mobile, and has no significant health issues that we can see. Cherub is in a foster home with other dogs. We would love to get her into a forever home. Then our foster can take another dog out of the shelter for us. So save two lives and adopt today! ##2650036##

This ridiculously cute gal was picked up by animal control in Riverside county. One look at her and I fell in love. Cinnabon is just a tad over 1 year old weighing 13 pounds. She is doing great in a foster home with other dogs and kids. She will flourish in a home that continues socialization and training. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Oreo is a female Poodle mix, 11 years old and weighs 8 lbs. The previous owners took her to the shelter because they apparently could not take financial care of a ‘visually impaired’ dog. Oreo was terrified being in the shelter and missed her family and was going to be euthanized for space due to her age and limited vision. One of our volunteers rescued her shortly before this could happen. Oreo can see shadows so is not completely blind and able to get around her Foster Dad’s house without any issues. She needs a calm, quiet household where she can live out her retirement and be loved. Oreo is up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
