Named Boo because he came into rescue in the month of Oct., there's nothing scary about this pup! He is very playful and loves playing with his roommate. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Story
Asha’s owners loved her, but had a farm and she had a taste for the owner's chickens and made the choice to surrender her. Asha is high energy and loves to play, but also loves her snuggles and to be with people. She has tested well with dogs, but due to her prey drive towards chickens, we are hesitant to suggest a home with small animals/cats. Asha is heartworm negative, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for her new home. This furbaby is located at Animal Harbor in southern middle TN. You can apply at www.animalharbor.org . If approved, we will facilitate a virtual meet and greet and answer any questions you may have. We partner with the awesome transport service company Rescue Riders to safely and professionally move our animals to their loving new homes!

Story
Millie- Female Retriever/Cur/Terrier Mix (BREED AND WEIGHT AT FULL GROWTH ARE BEST GUESS ONLY) Date of Birth 12/11/23 Current weight 8lbs Millie comes from a typical sad situation of unwanted due to the irresponsibility of humans not spaying/neutering. At just 4-5 weeks old she and her siblings were discarded at the gates of the shelter in Alabama. Thank goodness they were well cared for and got to hitch a ride to Illinois to find their forever homes. Already learning basic puppy manners (Crate training, leash training, house training) they are all very smart, quick learners and huge snugglers. Someone would need to be home most of the time (no more than a few hours left alone) to continue training and socialization. She loves kids and other dogs. She’s the smallest of the litter but she makes up for it in her huge personality. She’s so sweet and LOVES children (currently in a home with 2 young children) She’d love nothing more than to play all day with her toys and snuggle with her best kid friend. She loves treats and is very food motivated which makes training a lot easier. If Millie seems like a great fit and you would meet her requirements please visit the rescue website www.foreverhomedogrescueil.org for process and applications. WE DO NOT DO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS Thank you for considering the adoption of one of our rescue dogs. We are committed to finding our rescues the perfect home. Together we can make a difference in the life of a dog. The adoption process should be a fun and exciting time for families and dogs. Our goal is to place our babies in forever homes. The potential adopter needs to be dedicated to their care and training for life. Understand that sharing your life with a dog can be a commitment of 15+ years. This would include feeding, exercise, training, vetting, and providing a loving home. Ask yourself, "Am I ready for this type of commitment?" If you are ready, we are here to help. We do have some requirements to help us find the perfect placement of our babies. WE ARE A FOSTER BASED RESCUE ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL BUILDING 1. This will allow others the opportunity to adopt the dog. 2. Adopters MUST be 25 years old. Information on all adults/members living in the home is required We REQUIRE you to provide proof and vet reference that all current and past pets have been kept up to date on all routine medical. 3. Say hello to Loki! This sweet boy was recently returned to us after his former family unfortunately did not have enough time for him. Loki is a major sweetheart who is ready to play play play! He is a bit shy around new people but is easy to warm up with snacks and a ready-to-play attitude. He would do best in a home with no young kids. He loves to snuggle on blankets and spend time outside. Loki is eager to learn and is currently working on his leash training. He knows how to shake hands and sit! Loki enjoys playing with other pups but does best when fed separately. He would thrive in an active home with a yard for him to run and play games in! Please help him find the home he deserves!Loki is: *Extremely loyal and lovable with people * Very energetic and active, loves playtime! *Good with other dogs and doggy-siblings *A Star pupil in our WWR Dog Training Program *Very good on a walk and has amazing leash manners! Some of Loki's cutest traits are how he knows to give both paws and his enthusiasm for showing off his training for treats or toys! ---------------------------------------------------------THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN SAVING A LIFE!Volunteers and staff are excited to assist you in the adoption process!
