Story
Murphy is a sweet, loving dog who is looking for a forever home with an active lifestyle. We love him dearly, but unfortunately, we’re unable to give him the level of activity and engagement he truly deserves. He can be a little anxious or hesitant when meeting new people at first, but he warms up quickly and turns into an absolute bundle of joy. Once he feels comfortable, his playful, affectionate personality really shines. Murphy would thrive with someone who enjoys staying active and can give him the time, attention, and love he needs. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will bring happiness, energy, and lots of love into your life, Murphy might be the perfect match for you. 💛

Story
We found Ellie in early November in rural Louisiana & she had clearly been fending for herself for quite some time. She was emaciated, tick-covered, & living off whatever scraps she could find in the woods. Since then, she has blossomed into a healthy 50-lb bundle of pure sweetness. She is extremely affectionate and people-oriented. She is crate trained and housebroken. She walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. Her favorite toy is her large Kong (which she throws & chases herself), & will chew for hours on a large beef bone. She does show some fear responses to loud noises & sudden movements, but that has decreased over time. To make her transition as smooth as possible, her adoption includes a large crate & crate pad, large dog bed, harness, & leash. She would thrive as either a single pet or in a home with other friendly dogs around her size. Unfortunately, our smaller dog doesn't want to share her space which is the only reason why we are trying to find her a new home.

Story
Bailey’s owner passed away at the end of January. She is a sweet dog who can follow a lot of commands but she is very scared of people and other dogs because she was only with her owner who was 81 years old. She was very protective of her. She loves to hug and snuggle and she loves to lay on blankets at her owner’s feet. She loves to play with her ball and her squeaky pig! She is up to date on shots and has an appointment to get spayed soon.

Story
Hey there! This is Chili, she just turned one in December. We had adopted her in March of last year and found out April we were expecting. After our baby was born, we realized we could not give her what she needs. No behavior issues whatsoever. She has a lot of energy but very sweet, loves to go on walks, great with others dogs, cats and children. She loves to be outside and will run like there is no tomorrow! Ideally, we would love to give her a home with another dog because she thrives with friends and somewhere where she can be active daily. We are also able to provide her crate, leash and bowl. Feel free to contact me at 636 633 3333. Thank you

Story
Kimora is the SWEETEST 10 month old puppy. She’s super high energy and just has become a lot for me. She needs training more than I can provide or afford in my opinion. I’m finishing up a doctorate degree, just moved and on a fixed income at this moment with no help to take her to training. The apartment I just got is a second floor apartment and she is afraid of the stairs to get up. I believe she needs a loving home with a big yard and preferably with other big dogs or no dogs at all, as she LOVES to play but is of course unaware of her size and is pretty rough with my smaller dog. She is very food motivated as well.

Story
These two dogs were found on a Sunday in Texas after their beloved owner, who had cared for them their entire lives, could no longer do so due to dementia and had to be placed into a care facility. During that difficult transition, the dogs were left without consistent care and were later found without collars and underweight. When a car door was opened, they climbed in together, trusting that it meant safety. They were taken to a nearby vet and by an incredible coincidence it had been their vet home for years. The staff recognized them immediately and confirmed their history. Shortly after, the owners daughter formally relinquished ownership. Now, these bonded senior dogs are looking for a new place to land, one filled with patience, comfort, and love.
