Meet Mocha! This 10-pound bundle of exuberance comes complete with a curly tail and a pair of ski-ramp ears she would very much like everyone to appreciate. Mocha is happiness and FOMO personified. She has a zest for life that is unmatched, even in a foster home shared with four pugs, two terriers, and two teenagers. She wasted no time embracing family life and would happily befriend every human, animal, and possibly plant within a two-mile radius.
Mocha lives for snacks, stuffies, affection, and any family outing on offer. She loves walks and zooming around the house and backyard with her canine companions, displaying an impressive amount of agility for such a tiny package. At the end of the day, she sleeps through the night in the human bed and is potty trained. Pint-sized and supremely portable, Mocha would be happy tagging along for camping trips, hikes, café outings, or wherever else the day takes you. She has a huge heart and an equally big personality, and she is ready to live her best Colorado life with a family prepared to provide all the snacks, adventures, and attention she deserves.
Mocha is a 10-month-old Pug rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $900 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Mocha is also tested with other dogs, children, cats, and potty and kennel trained. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
