Story
Putting the “d” into delightful is darling 13-month-old Deb! Once past her initial shyness in her foster home, the former 16-pound stray swiftly revealed how truly sweet and sociable she is. The proverbial “people pet,” she loves snuggling and cuddling with her foster mom, resting her head on her, having her coat brushed and then performing her dainty Deb version of the ranger crawl. Percolating with puppylike energy, she also loves playing fetch, playing with her doggy foster friends, going for walks, honing her leash skills along the way, and engaging with other small and similar-sized dogs. Passionate about toys, especially squeaky plush toys, chewing bones and anything else she can chew, Deb is curious about the resident cats, mainly motivated by love, currently knows “come” and “no,” and is almost fully crate and house-trained to use a doggy door. Now all Deb needs is an especially loving home to complete her training, including her commands, and ensure that she’s kept mentally stimulated and physically satisfied fur-ever.
