Story
Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Listed as an owner surrender intake at Espanola Humane in New Mexico. Mama Reba (~3 years) and her 6 puppies (~2 weeks at time of surrender, 3M 3F, closer to 5 weeks at time of transfer) were transferred to CPR after URI symptoms that delayed initial transport had resolved. Puppies and mom were separated ~4 weeks of age at the shelter shortly before transport due to foster needs, mom was spayed and puppies on kibble. From the foster: Meet Reba 💕 Reba is a sweet, gentle girl who just wants to feel safe and loved. She’s friendly and gets along well with other dogs, making her a wonderful companion. Reba can be a bit timid and may jump at loud or sudden noises, but with patience and reassurance, she blossoms. She’s looking for a calm, loving home where she can be given the time and encouragement she needs to build confidence and settle into her new surroundings. Once she knows she’s okay, her sweet personality shines through. Best of all, Reba is already potty trained! If you’re someone with a kind heart and a little patience to spare, Reba would love nothing more than to grow and thrive by your side. 🐾 www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
Delilah is 6 years old. She’s is a Rottweiler mix. She is a very loving dog, she is kind of anxious. She is not very good with other animals so she will just need to be with a single family with no other animals . She is good with kids for the most part, she does get very excited and anxious if they get loud.

Story
Meet bruce 8 month old Rottweiler/argentino mix. He can be a bit hard headed and dominate. With research of the 2 breeds he needs to have "a job" to work his mind , with his size he is deffinetly not one for an apartment/condo. He needs a yard. Bruce is potty trained and kennel trained. Bruce needs more. His ideal place/person would be someone who knows how to work with large dogs who are dominate and hard headed. Although he lives with a cat im not totally sure how he will do with them he is extremly interested in them but our cat hides so hes never fully met one. Would be best as an only child

Story
Meet Coco, a resilient and loving 9-year-old Rottweiler with a heart as big as her spirit. Despite living with Masticatory Muscle Myositis, an immune system disorder that affects her jaw muscles, Coco remains a joyful and athletic companion. This condition means she can’t open her mouth all the way, so she’s on a special home-cooked diet rich in meat and eggs to keep her strength up and takes a daily pill to manage her condition. Coco adores her walks and can be a bit of a puller on the leash if she spots another dog, but she’s always great with people. She’s super athletic and enjoys her time outdoors. Although she can’t play with toys or chew on treats due to her condition, she loves liquid treats and is happy and content in the car. A total sweetheart with a loving demeanor, Coco is also fine being left alone for periods. She’s looking for a compassionate home where she can continue to thrive and enjoy her walks, special meals, and the affection she so generously gives. If you’re ready to provide a warm and understanding environment, Coco will repay you with endless love and loyalty.

Story
Hello, I'm Rumble! I'm a big lovable Rottie with a heart of gold for people!! According to my foster mom, I've got the heart of a big, playful puppy, and sometimes I forget that I'm a larger dog when I'm having a blast. So, if you have smaller dogs at home, we might just need a little adjustment period to get along famously. But here's the thing—when it comes to cats, I'm not the most purr-fect playmate, so if you've got a furry feline in the house, I might not be the ideal match. Now, if you believe you can provide me with a loving and caring home, please don't hesitate to apply today. And yes, I may be soaking up the Texas sunshine right now, but the good news is that I'm ready to hit the road and make my way to your heart and home. All it takes is a $230 transport fee, and I'll be on my way to becoming your loyal companion.Let's make it happen! Apply today, and let's embark on a journey of love and companionship together. Thank you for considering me for adoption! Online Application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $300).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Story
Meet my sweet girl — a Christmas miracle born on December 25, 2016! My family and I brought her home as an adorable 2-month-old puppy, and she’s been the light of our lives ever since. Now 9 years young, she’s still full of puppy energy: super playful, hyper, and incredibly active — she loves zoomies, chasing toys, and turning every walk into an adventure! 🐶✨ She’s the most affectionate, loyal companion you could ask for, always ready for cuddles after playtime and quick to make you smile with her goofy antics. And yes, she’s fully kennel/crate trained — she sees her crate as her cozy safe space for relaxing or when her humans are away, which makes life easier for everyone. Her one little quirk? She’s scared of just about everything 😂— new people, loud noises, even the occasional plastic bag — but with patience and a calm, loving approach, she warms up and shows her true sweet, trusting side. She just needs someone who understands that and gives her time to feel safe.
