Cassidy is a 4 year old Rottweiler that was saved from death row. Cassidy is a very typical rottie — super human-oriented, friendly, stoic. She is a very very sweet dog that loves belly rubs and thinks she's a lap dog. She eats and sleeps great and is house trained with monitoring. She does not like cats. She is great with kids and is food/treat motivated. Cassidy can be dog selective but has integrated successfully with the foster family's dogs. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and has been dewormed. Cassidy would love to be part of a family that keep her occupied as part of daily routine. Cassidy is $350 to adopt.

She's dealing with an autoimmune deficiency called Masticatory Muscle Myositis in which her immune system attacks the muscles around her mouth and head. All of this is manageable with a special diet and medication, but she's going to need someone who is ready for that responsibility.
