Zoey is a 4-5 year old boxer mix and weighs roughly 50lbs. She is a very precious and sweet girl who loves affection, loves to give kisses and loves to get belly rubs. She will follow you around the house to see what you are up to (and to be by your side). She will also cuddle up next to you and let you love on her all day long! Zoey is crate trained, potty trained, sleeps all night and likes to go on short leashed walks to take in the new sights and scents of Colorado. She is also spayed and UTD on her vaccines. Zoey has two foster doggy siblings. Although they are all working on getting along, she is still a bit testy with them. She may be happiest as an only dog, but if you have a mellow dog she may also do fine with a proper introduction to make sure that everyone gets along. She has been introduced to her two kitty foster siblings, and doesn't show much interest so a home with cats would be fine. I am fully crate trained and can sleep all night in my crate (full disclosure: my favorite spot is to sleep snuggled up to my 13-year-old human foster sister). My ideal home would be one with lots of love. I love attention, pets, snuggles. Keeping up with my amazing training skills is easy as I am very food motivated! I am currently fostered in a home with one other dog, and I have become BFF's with her. Through proper introductions, I get along well with other dogs. I am a lover, not a barker, with such a sweet disposition that everyone loves. My ideal home can absolutely include older children, as I do love kids! Finder said they found Sallie and her 13 puppies under their trailer.They had the mama and the puppies for about three weeks. All puppies were sick with parvo on intake and were euthanized as the shelters parvo fosters were full and unable to take on that number. Sallie tested negative. Did not respond to the name Sallie, foster calling her “Missy Moo Moo.” From the foster: Missy Moo Moo (#6, fka Sallie) is a one-year-old mama dog with a heart as big as her cuddle game.
