At about 30 pounds now, she’s expected to reach 65–75 pounds full grown. This lovely girl has been raised in a caring home, and her friendly, social personality truly shines. Posey does great with people and kids, and she enjoys getting out to explore new places just as much as she loves soaking up attention and affection. Posey is playful and enjoys her toys, but she also has a softer, snuggly side. She’s the kind of pup who will happily curl up next to you after a day of adventures, making her a wonderful balance of fun and companionship. She’s looking for a family who will continue to nurture her social nature, provide guidance and structure, and help her grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. Jayda was born April 26, 2024. She just turned 2 years old. We adopted her from the Dekalb County Animal Shelter in December 2024 when she was just 7 months. According to shelter records, she was owner surrendered 1 month prior. Jayda is a shy girl but she's very sweet. She doesn't like being alone but she's very playful. Jayda needs a pet parent who will be able to spend more time with her. In our home, she's alone most of the day because we all leave for work or school, which causes anxiety for her. I'm not sure what happened to her before we adopted her. Her pet parent needs to be someone that can sit and cuddle with her most of the day.

Belly scratches are the best.Now I'm loved and coming out of my shell.I am very shy but sweet. I need some guidance on how to be a dog because nobody ever taught me what a toy is for! I am curious but still shy when I walk by the other dogs.
