Story
Hello this is Reba. Our two dogs had a litter of puppies and Reba is the last one without a full time home. We have been taking care of her until we can find a new home for her. We would keep her but we already have three dogs and four is just too much. She is potty trained and kennel trained. She is a sweet girl loves the attention. She is one year old. Ideally we’d love to find a home that has enough time for her and gives her the attention she needs and deserves.

Story
HI, I'M SHANNON, I LOVE KIDS AND OTHER DOGS. I HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED AND AM A VERY SMART GIRL. PLEASE APPLY AT WWW.BARKVILLEDOGRESCUE.ORG/APPLICATIONS OR INQUIRE AT INFO@BARKVILLEDOGRESCUE.ORG IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ME. Meet Shannon, a beautiful, young Rottweiler/Black and Tan Coonhound mix with a heart as lovely as her striking looks. At about 21/2 years old and 55 pounds, she has an athletic build, a gorgeous coat, and an even more beautiful personality. Shannon is sweet, friendly, and loves spending time with both people and other dogs. She has a playful spirit, enjoys being active, and would love a family that will include her on daily walks, hikes, or other adventures. After a day of fun, she's just as happy to relax and be by your side. This smart girl is house-trained, crate-trained, and was professionally trained at Rucker's Dog Training, where she learned excellent manners and many commands. She walks beautifully on a leash and is eager to please, making her a wonderful companion for a family looking for a well-behaved dog. Shannon's story began with uncertainty. She was found as a stray and brought to Walton Animal Control, where her future was far from guaranteed. Thankfully, we were able to rescue her just in time. Now all she needs is the one thing she has never truly had--a loving forever home. Shannon has so much love to give and is ready to share her loyal heart with a family of her own. Could you be the one to give this deserving girl the happy ending she's been waiting for? If you're interested in adopting Shannon, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.September 14, 2026, 6:45 pm

Story
Meet Rowdy Zane—a very sweet, affectionate boy who is approximately two years old, weighs about 90 pounds and is a world-class professional leaner. His love language is definitely touch, and he’s happiest pressed against his people, soaking up all the affection he can get. Belly rubs are also high on his list of favorite things - and he’s happy to accept them whenever you’re available. Rowdy has never met a stranger. He is extremely social, loves everyone he meets - adults and children alike and greets life with happy, friendly enthusiasm. He has a nice medium energy level. He enjoys playful bursts of bouncing and galloping around the yard, but once the fun is over, he’s equally talented at relaxing. Rowdy is a go-with-the-flow kind of guy: if you’re heading out on an adventure, he’s ready to come along; if you need him to relax in his crate for a few hours, he’s perfectly happy doing that too. He gets along beautifully with other dogs even in a foster home with 21 canine roommates! He isn’t especially interested in wrestling or playing with them, so he could be perfectly happy living with other dogs or being your one-and-only. Rowdy rides very well in the car, especially when he has enough room to stretch out. We believe he may be a Rottweiler/flat-coated retriever mix. His coat is beautiful and soft, with just a little wave to it - perfect for all the petting he plans to collect. Rowdy is a big, strong dog who gets excited when he sees someone he’d like to meet, so he could use a little polishing on his leash manners. Fortunately, he is treat-motivated, eager to please and a willing student. With consistent practice and positive reinforcement, he should be walking beautifully on a leash in no time. When Rowdy gets especially excited, he can also be a little mouthy and may gently put a hand or forearm in his mouth. It is playful excitement, not aggression or biting, and he responds well to redirection. He isn’t a big jumper, but because he is a large, exuberant fellow who may accidentally knock over a smaller child, a home with children ages 10 and older would be the best fit. If you’re looking for a happy, affectionate companion who can gallop like a goofball one minute and lean lovingly against you the next, Rowdy Zane may be your guy.       An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms    Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          September 18, 2026, 1:41 pm

Story
Meet Sasha! Sasha is a 4-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger love for being part of the action! This girl is a total social butterfly. Sasha loves meeting people, going places, and being included in whatever her humans are doing. And if you open the car door? She is READY. Sasha absolutely loves car rides and would be thrilled to have a family who takes her along on their adventures. Sasha is also a very good listener and really enjoys connecting with her person. Shes smart, attentive, and has that wonderful combination of playful, outgoing energy and wanting to please. She can get along with other dogs, but we feel Sasha would be happiest as the only dog in her forever home, where she can soak up all the attention and be the star of the show. She is looking for a cat-free home as well. At four years old, Sasha is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of fun and personality. She would be a great match for someone looking for a loyal companion who can be their sidekick—whether that means heading out for a ride, meeting new friends, or simply spending the day together. Sashas quick facts: * 4 years old * Approximately 50 pounds * Social, friendly, and outgoing * Loves car rides * Listens very well * Can get along with dogs, but should be the only dog in the home * No cats * Professional social butterfly Sasha is ready for a home where she can finally be someones one-and-only girl. Could that be you?

Story
VV is a highly intelligent purebred AKC Doberman Pinscher. He still looks like a puppy but is getting into the years when he is slowing down, though he is still energetic. He loves cuddling and people. I'd love to keep him, but unfortunately my life is busy, and he deserves a home where he can be with others.
