As a rescue, We do not euthanize dogs but dogs that are listed as URGENT are still waiting to be saved from animal control and they do euthanise. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Maddie is an 18 month old 64lb gentle girl. She’s great with other dogs, knows how to sit, lay down and roll over. She’s found herself in animal control and is looking for a new home! Possibly Rottweiler mix? Maybe a bit of Akita? But all sweetness! She’s super soft and has a longer coat. Someone shot her with a 22 calibre and she does have several bullets in her, but the vet has advised no need to remove them, and they won’t migrate.

They are a bonded pair. We arent sure if they are mother and daughter or sisters. Both girls have been very very scared and have huddled next to each other for comfort. Both girls were surrendered to the shelter severely under weight. They went to boarding for a few weeks to try and help them open up but they both still struggled tremendously.
