Story
Clyde, along with Bonnie, was abandoned in a remote area, just off the freeway. They are both approximately 5 years old but are still very playful. Bonnie and Clyde are currently in a boarding and training program, where they are doing incredibly well. They are both goofy, lovable dogs that will make great family members. Both would like to eat their meals in one big gulp, but they are being trained to wait until they are given the command to eat, and we have them eating from slow feeder bowls, which is helping. These two get along great and could be adopted together but would do fine if they went to separate homes. As for other dogs, they have been indifferent so far when seeing other dogs at the training facility they are currently in. Additional exposure and assessments will be done so we have a better idea of whether or not they'd do well in a home with other dogs besides each other. Clyde is more outgoing than Bonnie. He’s very sweet, goofy and loves attention. He’s been a great learner in training and will make a fantastic family dog.

Bonnie is more timid than Clyde and takes a little longer to warm up when first meeting people. Once she gets to know you, though, she wants to be your best friend and loves attention. Since being in board and train, her confidence has improved, and we have no doubt it will continue to do so.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Raina! Raina is a 1-year-old, 62 LB Rottweiler/Lab mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA. This gorgeous girl is as sweet as they come — affectionate, loving, and always ready to lean in for a cuddle (or climb right into your lap if you let her!). Raina walks well on leash, loves to explore, and would love to join a family that takes her on daily walks and adventures. She’s treat-motivated, smart, and eager to please, making her a great candidate for continued training. She’s done well with other dogs and would love a home that keeps her social and active while also providing good structure and boundaries. She hasn’t been tested with cats or children, but she’s been nothing but sweet with everyone she’s met so far. Raina is a total sweetheart who’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly — she’s going to make a wonderful companion for one lucky family! Raina is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Zelda – Your Snuggle Queen, Loyal Companion, & Total Ham! Zelda is a gorgeous 8-year-old, 75 lb Rottweiler/Lab mix with the softest coat, sweetest eyes, and an adorable smile that will melt your heart. This gentle, loving girl is the definition of a loyal best friend—she bonds deeply with her people and will happily follow you from couch cuddles to evening strolls. She melts right into her people, is a leaner, and is always wagging her tail! She’s an older gal looking to spend her golden years in comfort and love. Zelda adores soft dog beds, a good couch nap, and the occasional snack (she is very treat-motivated and already knows her basic commands). She’s fully house trained, has wonderful house manners, walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and even enjoys bath time. Zelda can be dog selective and would prefer to be the only pet in the home—your one and only, queen of the castle. She’s not a fit for homes with cats or other small animals. An ideal match would be someone with big dog experience who can give her the easygoing, love-filled life she deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, goofy companion who will bring warmth and joy to every day, Zelda is ready to be your girl. Zelda is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $400.
