Story
Welcome Rocky to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Rottweiler or Shepherd/Bulldog is our best guess on breed. He has a beautiful grey coat that is shorter and he is athletic and friendly. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a good weight and is about 1.5 years old. He has new adult teeth that are still nice and clean. He would be perfect for a runner, walker, jogger, hiker or athletic and outdoorsy family. He loves all people so you won’t have any trouble with him meeting new people. He would love to join a family on all their adventures. He is good in his kennel and goes potty in his outdoor space. He hasn’t been reactive when we had him on leash. He is a head turner for sure. He is getting his vaccinations and will be neutered and ready for his forever home in a couple of weeks. He is outgoing and would be fine with a family that has children. We would like children to be 8 or older. Rocky is not a big shedding dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Three-year old Justice is an extremely loving and loyal pup, who is hungry for love and longing for an adopter to bond with. Justice is extremely smart and soulful. He is very obedient and eager to please. He is great with commands. He is also very intelligent and very low maintenance. He prefers laying at your feet or sitting with you more than anything. When he’s active, Justice loves playing fetch, his favorite game! Justice is good with both dogs and cats. Actually, he has had many dog and cat foster siblings and has always gotten along with all of them. We do not know how he is with kids, as he never lived with one. Justice weighs 75 lbs, and is fully vaccinated for 3 years, neutered, and microchipped. Justice has completed 6 months of board and train. Story
Winnie was born on 11/6/22 to a rottie mom at the high kill shelter of Barc in Houston, Texas. Winnie is now a 16 months old puppy who weighs 45 lbs. She is very loving, and loves to get affection. She is highly intelligent, sensitive, energetic and will do great with an active family. She will love to have a second young or playful dog in her forever home. She is very smart, and loves to learn. A fully fenced yard will be mandatory for her. She even tolerates her kittie foster siblings although we will prefer a home without cats. Winnie is about 45 lbs, current on vaccination, spayed and microchipped. Winnie is being fostered in Texas, but can be adopted anywhere in the States, even Canada. Her adoption fee of $450 includes her spay surgery, shots, microchip, and heartworm test. She is also kept on monthly heartgard and nexgard. To adopt our puppies, yards, if any, must be fully and adequately fenced. We do not accept invisible fences. Story
HI - I'M NONIE! I'm a 4-month-old female black & tan puppy ready for a foster or forever home! I'm about 16 lbs of fun! We think I'm a Rottweiler mix based on my beautiful good looks. My mom was a 25-lb Boxer mix, saved late last year from a California shelter. We have 4 puppies available in the litter and we're all adorable! Most likely I will be a medium-sized dog, possibly around 40 lbs., but we're still not sure. I will be spayed when the vet says I am ready, but so far I'm too young. Please email for an application.

Story
HISTORY: Rudy was picked up by the Connell Police Department in Eastern Washington. His story goes...his owners dropped him off with a friend and never came back. The owners phones have been contacted and are no longer in service. We believe he is a Rottie and maybe part bulldog... Rudy would love to be fostered or adopted into a home, because he clearly came from a home previously. He is a sweetheart of a dog that will give love and just wants to be loved back. He likes walk, but often gets tired quickly due to not be exercised regularly! He really needs a foster or adoptive home where he can get better exercise and more one on one attention. ADOPTION INFO Dog adoption fees include: - All Basic Dog Vaccinations - Rabies - Bordetella - Flea & Tick Treatment - Spay/Neuter - Microchip & Registration All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue. What my friends at Seattle Humane say about me:· I love to be near my people while playing with my toys and keeping my brain busy.· I enjoy leisurely walks in quiet areas where I can experience new smells with low stimulation. · I like to take my candy cane toy on walks with me outside the shelter. If you see me outside, I'll show you my cool toy.· I may be most successful in a quiet neighborhood. Places where traffic, construction, loud noises and where activities are common, would likely stress me out. Did you know that Seattle Humane has Puppy and Dog training classes? FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Give a warm welcome to Taz! He is a beautiful, 2-year-old, 75lb Rottweiler, who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA. Taz is a very sweet and loving dog, who listens well to his handler and loves to go on walks. He loves to please his handler which is great for training purposes. He is incredibly cuddly for a big boy and loves to snuggle up with you. We believe he was in a home once, as he knows some basic commands already such as sit, down, and shake. He does well with other dogs and would be fine as an only dog or an additional dog to a home. He is going to make an such a loyal companion to whoever ends up being his lucky adopter. We are looking for a home with a securely fenced yard for him. Taz is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Introducing this sweet girl, Zelda! She is a 7-year-old, 90 LB Rottweiler, who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA in hopes of finding her forever home. Zelda is a very loving girl who walks well on leash and loves treats! She gets along well with other dogs and would be great additional dog to a home or be fine as an only dog soaking up all the attention. She came to us a little overweight, so we are looking for a household that is committed to helping her get on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Due to her current health, stairs are a challenge for her so we are looking for a home that is ground level. She will make a very loyal companion for any lucky adopter and would love a home that takes her on daily walks and adventures. She will also love to cuddle up on the couch with you! Zelda is UTD vaccinations, microchipped and will be spayed prior to adoption. Her adoption fee is $400.

Story
PLEASE DIRECT INQUIRIES AND APPLICATIONS FOR ADOPTABLE DOGS TO OUR FACEBOOK. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS VIA EMAIL DUE TO LIMITED STAFF. OUR CONTACT IS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER. https://www.facebook.com/REDRescueEveryDog/ This sweet, squishy-faced girl is one of a growing number of homeless dogs born during the COVID shutdown, loved in isolation, but given no tools to manage the big outside world. Left to herself in a world she had never experienced and doesn’t understand, Petunia was picked up as a stray shortly after 4th of July. Likely traumatized by the fireworks, scared by all the strange sights, sounds and smells in a high-kill shelter, she made it out alive only because the shelter staff recognized her strengths and worked hard to find a placement, and RED took a chance that the frightened, shutdown girl they met would blossom into a beautiful ambassador of her breed. While Petunia is still a work in progress, we would like to find a home where she can really blossom with training and further socialization. Petunia is 2-3 years old and small for a Rottie at 75 lbs. She knows basic commands and is crate trained. She has the intelligence of her breed and loves to play with her male foster brother. She is still scared of the big world and of strangers but she adjusts more quickly, and we believe she will eventually be that ambassador. Petunia needs a home with adults who are committed to training. She will not do well with children at this point and she has not been tested with cats. She will need a well-fenced yard where she can safely play fetch, which she loves. A yard with underground (Invisible) fencing will not be considered for placement. If you think you can provide the life Petunia deserves and the training and socialization she needs, please see the application process at http://www.rescueeverydog.org/Adoption.php. Petunia is being fostered in the Port Orchard area, and meet & greets will take place there. Her adoption donation is $300 Most dogs require a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). We will be considering homes in Washington and possibly Oregon, no other out of state adoptions at this time. THIS DOG IS IN FOSTER CARE IN KITSAP COUNTY, WA. MEET AND GREETS WILL TAKE PLACE THERE AS WELL. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION: - Securely and visibly fenced yard 5 ft+ - Like sized dog only or no other pet home - Sturdy/safe crate, due to the safety hazard wire crates will be not be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). - Western Washington (WA), and possibly Northern Oregon locations at caseworker discretion. No other out of state adoptions at this time. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adoption please fill out an application here: http://www.rescueeverydog.org/Adoption.php Answers to the application MUST be sent via message on Facebook (we do not receive applications sent via email) 1. Once the application is received it will be reviewed by that animals caseworker. 2. If your application is seen as a good fit to the pet you are applying for we will request photos of your fenced yard as well as your current crate or the crate you plan on purchasing. 3. Once received we will schedule a phone interview with you to discuss the pet and the next steps, should a match be seen. 4. Story
Hello, I'm Rumble! According to my foster mom, I've got the heart of a big, playful puppy, and sometimes I forget that I'm a larger dog when I'm having a blast. So, if you have smaller dogs at home, we might just need a little adjustment period to get along famously. But here's the thing—when it comes to cats, I'm not the most purr-fect playmate, so if you've got a furry feline in the house, I might not be the ideal match. Now, if you believe you can provide me with a loving and caring home, please don't hesitate to apply today. And yes, I may be soaking up the Texas sunshine right now, but the good news is that I'm ready to hit the road and make my way to your heart and home. All it takes is a $230 transport fee, and I'll be on my way to becoming your loyal companion.Let's make it happen! Apply today, and let's embark on a journey of love and companionship together. Thank you for considering me for adoption!*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $230-$250).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Hi, my name is Vieja, I know my name means old, but really, I am a perfect age for a new family, I am mostly over my puppy stage and not into my tired and lazy stage. I am a happy and well-adjusted dog who loves to play with other dogs and loves kids. I am a hunter by nature so cats wouldn’t be a good thing for me.Car rides are one of my favorite things, I like to stick my head out the window so I can catch all the scents out there. I especially like car rides when they end up at the beach. I am not much of a swimmer but I love to wade and play in the water. I am pretty good with walking on a leash but sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed so that is a work in progress. I am potty trained and learning to be crate trained too. If you are looking for a calm social dog to join your family then look no further, just fill in an application and we can meet on Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Vieja To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Meet Tucker! This fabulous boy is a Catahoula/Doberman mix and he is around 7.5 years old. Tucker is a sweet boy who is affectionate with people and a friendly boy. Sadly he lost his first home due to his owners moving, and now he is losing his second home for the same reason. Poor guy can't catch a break. Tucker is best buds with Dublin and we have been trying to place them together for some time without any luck. We have no choice but to split them up and trust that each boy will do ok as long as they are with a loving and patient family.  Tucker gets a little anxious for big things like vet visits but other than that he is a gentle soul. We are hoping to find him a new forever home before mid March so that he does not have to end up in a shelter.  Tucker loves the sun so a home with a yard where he can sniff around and lay in the sun will. be great for him.  He will be vaccinated, chipped and is neutered. His adoption fee is $395.   We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
