Story
Sydney 10 years old Female Good with other dogs Fostered in Williams, OR   She’s been waiting for someone to look past her age and see the beautiful soul she is. She’s ready to love someone with her whole heart; she just needs her person to find her. Sydney is looking for her forever people This sweet girl is 10 years young and still has so much life and love to give. Sydney is one of those dogs who just makes you smile — she’s playful, happy, and loves nothing more than chasing her ball and being with her people. She’s fantastic with other dogs and would love a buddy to hang out with. Cats, though? Not so much. She’s hoping for a cat-free home where she can just soak up all the love (and treats!) she can get. Sydney might have a few years under her belt, but don’t let that fool you — she’s still full of energy and spunk. She’s the perfect mix of silly and sweet — the kind of dog who’ll run around the yard with you one minute and then curl up for a nap right by your side the next. She’s been waiting for someone to look past her age and see the beautiful soul she is. She’s ready to love someone with her whole heart, she just needs her person to find her. If you think Sydney sounds like your kind of girl, we’d love to hear from you. https://www.nwboxerrescue.org/adoption-form Let’s get this amazing girl home. Story
Big Jim is an 80-pound snuggle bug with a fawn coat, droopy eyes, and a big heart. He’s calm, gentle, and happiest when he’s soaking up attention or napping on the couch with his people close by. He loves his walks, rides great in the car, and has quickly learned that his crate means comfy naps and treats. He’s housebroken, walks beautifully on leash, and knows a few commands — though he’s still not convinced “lie down” is necessary. Bigs isn’t much for toys, but give him a bully stick, a pup cup, or a soft blanket and he’s set. He’d do best as the only pet in the home — he loves having his people all to himself. This sweet boy is just looking for a family who enjoys walks, car rides, and plenty of cuddle time. If you’ve got room in your home (and on your couch), Big Jim’s your guy. Story
Meet Goose!  3-month-old baby boy who is all about snuggles and sweetness. He has the gentlest soul and absolutely loves being close to his people. When he’s not playing, you’ll find him curled up for a nap, soaking in all the love he can get.   He does great with other dogs, is crate trained, and is making steady progress with his potty training (still a baby, still learning!). He’s eager, affectionate, and wants nothing more than to be someone’s best little sidekick.   This boy will thrive in a home ready for puppyhood—continued training, consistency, and plenty of cuddles. In return, you’ll get a loyal, loving companion with a heart full of puppy joy.   If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly pup to grow up with your family, this little guy is ready. Story
Pearl 14 MO Deaf 50 Pounds Dog, Kid & Chicken Friendly Crate & Leash Trained Fostered in Puyallup, WA Hi, I’m Pearl! I have a heart of nose, I mean my heart is on my nose.. I am a super sweet, loving, young girl with fur so soft it feels like velvet. I am deaf, but that doesn’t slow me down, I enjoy the world in so many other ways. I am eager to please and learn very quickly especially when there are treats involved, I already know several signs. I love to play with toys, chews, balls, other dogs, all of it! I recently learned how to play fetch; I love to stay busy. My ideal home will have a buddy for me to pal around with and show me the ropes. Despite all of my play and energy, I also enjoy curling up and cuddling right next to or even on top of you if you let me.  I am a very loving, gentle tempered, sweet girl, who wants any and all the love I can get.  I prefer my human family home with me as much as possible; I miss them when they are gone, or hey, just take me with you, I do well in the car.  I am looking for an active family that can continue my training as a deaf girl in this world and help me experience and enjoy it differently.  If you think we would be a good fit, then click my link so we can meet! Story
Male One Year Old Good With Dog No Cats Good With Kids Deaf Requires Another Dog in Home Hi, I’m Oso. I’m a one-year-old Boxer with plenty of energy and a big personality. I also happen to be deaf, but that doesn’t hold me back. I’ve already learned sit, lay down, come, and stay using ASL, and I pick up new things quickly—especially when there are treats involved. I walk nicely once we’re outside, though I can be a bit stubborn about getting my collar and leash on. Once it’s on, I like to carry the leash to the door myself. I have good manners too—I sit before meals, go into my crate on my own, and I’m great with the dog door. I love other dogs, but I can play a little rough with smaller ones. A home with another dog closer to my size would be a good fit, since I watch and learn from them. Cats probably aren’t the best match, and because I have big zoomies that can send furniture sliding, a home without very young kids would be safest. Some of my favorite things are walks, camping, car rides, and curling up with my foster dad. I also enjoy “helping” in the garden, especially if I get a few slices of fresh cucumber as a snack. I may not hear the world around me, but I pay close attention and adapt quickly. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate, and energetic Boxer to share life’s adventures, I’d love to meet you.
