Story
Hello, I'm Rumble! According to my foster mom, I've got the heart of a big, playful puppy, and sometimes I forget that I'm a larger dog when I'm having a blast. So, if you have smaller dogs at home, we might just need a little adjustment period to get along famously. But here's the thing—when it comes to cats, I'm not the most purr-fect playmate, so if you've got a furry feline in the house, I might not be the ideal match. Now, if you believe you can provide me with a loving and caring home, please don't hesitate to apply today. And yes, I may be soaking up the Texas sunshine right now, but the good news is that I'm ready to hit the road and make my way to your heart and home. All it takes is a $230 transport fee, and I'll be on my way to becoming your loyal companion.Let's make it happen! Apply today, and let's embark on a journey of love and companionship together. Thank you for considering me for adoption!*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Once adoption is finalized the pet will be transported to the adopters location for an additional fee (currently $230-$250).* The adoption fee helps to cover some of the cost of vetting the animal prior to adoption (spay/neuter, microchipping, and up to date vaccinations). Please fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41

Story
HISTORY: Rudy was picked up by the Connell Police Department in Eastern Washington. His story goes...his owners dropped him off with a friend and never came back. The owners phones have been contacted and are no longer in service. We believe he is a Rottie and maybe part bulldog... Rudy would love to be fostered or adopted into a home, because he clearly came from a home previously. He is a sweetheart of a dog that will give love and just wants to be loved back. He likes walk, but often gets tired quickly due to not be exercised regularly! He really needs a foster or adoptive home where he can get better exercise and more one on one attention. ADOPTION INFO Dog adoption fees include: - All Basic Dog Vaccinations - Rabies - Bordetella - Flea & Tick Treatment - Spay/Neuter - Microchip & Registration All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue. Story
Welcome Rocky to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Rottweiler or Shepherd/Bulldog is our best guess on breed. He has a beautiful grey coat that is shorter and he is athletic and friendly. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a good weight and is about 1.5 years old. He has new adult teeth that are still nice and clean. He would be perfect for a runner, walker, jogger, hiker or athletic and outdoorsy family. He loves all people so you won’t have any trouble with him meeting new people. He would love to join a family on all their adventures. He is good in his kennel and goes potty in his outdoor space. He hasn’t been reactive when we had him on leash. He is a head turner for sure. He is getting his vaccinations and will be neutered and ready for his forever home in a couple of weeks. He is outgoing and would be fine with a family that has children. We would like children to be 8 or older. Rocky is not a big shedding dog. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
MUST LOVE CUDDLES! Big, beautiful Buck is a very affectionate guy that will cuddle with any person he meets. When standing out, talking with the neighbors he’ll wait patiently while leaning against you for a head rub. In the evening he won’t try to lay in your lap, but he does want to lay next to you with his head in your lap. He needs a touchy / feely kind of person! Buck is approx about 18mo old and weighs a whopping 80lbs. He does still need some leash and recall training, but he’s very food motivated and really wants to please so he’ll learn all his manners in no time. He is a very silly, playful puppy that would make an excellent running partner. And then he’s ready to come home and relax for the remainder of the day. One more walk for the evening or running and playing in the yard for a bit, then Buck is happy to curl up in his blankets for the night. He has been between a foster home and boarding for almost 2 months now, so he’s eagerly waiting for his own, forever home. Buck loves to play with other dogs but does not like to share food or treats so he must be the only dog in the home. Even though he won’t live with other dogs, he should at least have plenty of play dates. Buck loves to meet new people so a socially active home would be best. He’s also wonderful with kids, although he’s very big and doesn’t really know his size so he might knock over the little ones. Kids must be over 10yrs old. He must have a 6ft or higher securely fenced yard. Although Buck is house and crate trained, he’d rather use a doggy door or be let out on a regular basis by a work from home person. He must have a large breed experienced person to help continue his training. He loves car rides so he would even be a great companion for someone that drives for a living. He is a little too intense with the kitties so no cats please. During foster, all supplies are provided. If you are interested in meeting Buck please email info@k9rr.org and include your phone number.March 2, 2024, 11:16 am
