Story
Snuggles is looking for a home to live out his senior years. He is 11 years young. If it were not for his teeth, you would have guessed he was a much younger boy. He recently had a dental cleaning, some teeth extracted.Snuggles found himself in rescue because his mommy died and his daddy was not a dog person, nor was he in good health, so he surrendered Snuggles and his friend Toby to rescue (who is also available on our site) He is just the perfect little old man dog. He is quiet, housebroken, crate-trained, and cat- and dog-friendly, too. He hardly ever barks and greets everyone with a wagging tail. This sweet boy has no anxieties. He sleeps all night long in his crate without a peep. Snuggles would do well with a home that is less active and has a soft lap to lay in. He is low energy and loves his treats. He is curious, playful, and still has lots of love to give!Name: SnugglesBreed: Shih TzuSex: MaleAge: 11 years old (estimated)Weight: 15lbsSpayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS: Good with Children: Over 12Good with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: YesAdoption Fee: $350.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: Texarkana Tx IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue - our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south and New England.
