Nimbus is a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other cats and dogs. Grooming? No problem! He’s a champ for ear cleanings, baths, and even vet visits.  This handsome guy is litterbox-trained, people-loving, and happiest when he’s right by your side soaking up attention. If you’re searching for a kitty who truly has it all—good looks, great manners, and a heart full of love—Nimbus is ready to float right into your life! All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats).  A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Story
I enjoy life in the slow lane, watching the birds and enjoying all the blankets and beds. While I am bunking with another mellow cat, I don’t really take well to other cats, especially if they hiss or are trying to create trouble. I love canned food and treats so make sure you got plenty of both. I can also get quite talkative, after all most of us have opinions on different topics. I do have a mass on my spine and was seen by a specialist but I’m not a candidate for surgery. I can still get around and have no problems getting up on the bench to sit on the window sill. I’m therefore available as a permanent foster or of course for adoption.

Meet Sally, the sweetest, silliest, and most enthusiastic kitten! She is so ready to liven up her forever home with her spunky personality. Sally originally came into foster care after she was rescued from a hoarding situation with 20 cats in a tiny apartment. You can tell how grateful Sally is to be out of there and on to bigger and better things! Sally is energetic and athletic, often loving to chase toys, wrestle with a kicker toy, and finding all sorts of places to adventure to around the house. Sally has plenty of kitten energy, but when she tuckers out she will find you on the couch and hunker down for a cuddle and snooze. Because Sally was previously in a less than ideal home environment, she has been working on her courage and does best with trusted humans, although she will certainly warm up to new faces with extra treats and patience. Sally's ideal home is one with another kitty pal to keep her company, given she is so energetic and is very used to being around other cats in her prior home. For that reason, we are only seeking applications for Sally to join a home with at least one other cat pal to keep her company and show her the ropes of the good life. She has thrived in foster care with the current resident kitty as well. Sally would likely do best with either an adults only home or a home with older children who understand that she sometimes needs a minute to get comfortable with new spaces and people. Sally has so much to offer and you will never be bored having her in your life! Please apply for Sally today!
