He is confident, curious, and affectionate. He runs up to greet people, follows me around everywhere, and is always down for a good cuddle. He'll choose to sit right in between my partner and me on the couch, curl up next to me in bed, or even sit in the dining chair next to us. He always loves to be near you, and if he wants attention, he'll gently paw you until you do, and it's the cutest thing ever! He loves to roll around on the floor for a belly rub, knows how to sit, spin, and high-five, and gets along with cats with different personalities! This intelligent Siamese–Russian Blue thrives in a calm, loving home and forms deep, meaningful bonds with his people. Fortune came to Four Paws from a partner shelter in Southern Virginia after his owner sadly passed away. He had been living in a quiet home, and that background really shows, he feels most comfortable in a peaceful environment with a predictable routine. He’s more of a “be near you” cat than a “be on you” cat. Fortune loves curling up nearby, keeping you company while you go about your day. When he wants attention, he’ll let you know with a soft, sweet meow. He’s incredibly smart (he’ll even come running when you call him!) and has a quiet, loyal presence that makes him easy to love. Fortune can be timid and a bit jumpy at first, especially in new environments. But with patience and a calm approach, he truly settles in and lets his affectionate, gentle personality shine. He has done well bonding with teens and will build a strong connection with a family who understands that trust takes a little time. Because of his sensitive nature, Fortune should be the only cat, as he can be territorial and feels most secure when he doesn’t have to share his space. Fortune does have some anxiety and is currently on medication to help him feel his best. He also has asthma, which is well-managed with daily medication. He takes both easily and does very well with a consistent routine. Toby is a Snowshoe Siamese found left behind in a condo development. He’s friendly and likes to be petted and sleeps on the bed with his foster mom. He eats a whole can of Friskies twice a day and some dry (which is always out). Toby always uses his litter box (unscented litter). He can be vocal sometimes, especially at mealtime. He probably would like to be an only cat so he doesn’t have to share his human with another kitty. Toby is neutered, current on vaccines, negative for FiV/FeLV and has been micro chipped.

Rajah was found as a stray in Lexington VA, brought to the shelter, and put on stray hold awaiting an owner to claim him. No one did, and 4Paws brought him north to find his forever home. Since he was found as a stray, we have no knowledge whether he gets along with other cats or with children. The shelter staff found he got upset and scared at the sight/sound of the dogs there, so the adoptive home needs to be free of dogs. As we get to know him we will add personality traits. Rajah is neutered, current on vaccines, and tested negative for FiV/FELV. Nala is a beautiful seal point Siamese with striking features and a gentle, friendly personality. Born around April 2025, she comes to 4Paws from a partner rescue in Oak Hill, VA after a difficult chapter in her life and is now ready for a fresh start and a forever home. Nala’s story is a poignant one. Her human mom passed away, and although a family member took her in, Nala was allowed outdoors and soon ended up pregnant. She and her two kittens were later taken in by the rescue partner, and 4Paws brought her to Northern Virginia to give her the chance at the safe, loving home she deserves. Despite everything she’s been through, Nala remains sweet, social, and affectionate. She is friendly with other cats and has shown she can coexist well with feline companions. As her foster family gets to know her better, more details about her personality and preferences will be added to her profile. Nala is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines, and negative for FeLV/FIV. 6 years old Personality: calm, friendly, independent, outgoing Christy is an easygoing girl with the perfect mix of independence and affection. She’s happy to do her own thing but never turns down the chance to curl up next to you for a cuddle. Christy settled into her foster home right away and is always curious about what’s going on around her. Toys seem to be new concept to her, but so far she loves a ribbon wand and has quickly learned to love playtime. Christy was really excited to make friends with the resident cats.
