Story
This gorgeous brother-sister pair were born outside to a feral mom, and have spent the months since a trapper rescued them learning that life inside is good and people are kind. They have been besties all their short lives, leaning on each other as they navigated their changed world, being each other's playmates and cuddle partners. When Emmy got sick with FIP Geordie scarcely left her side, comforting and stabilizing her with his presence through those first critical days, and he has continued watching over her as she has healed. Now that Emmy has finished her FIP treatment, she and Geordie are finally ready to find their forever people. She is a bright spirit, fast learning she was born to be the Princess and have people of her own to rule. She follows her foster mom around, wanting scritches and chin rubs and play, usually curling up near mom when she's tired and ready to rest. Geordie is her loyal cavalier, as outrageously handsome as he is shy and sweet. He engages through play, and foster mom loves seeing him get "kitten eyes" when the toys come out. He is quite happy to trade affection for Churus and crunchy treats, and will often lie near mom for strokes. Emmy and Geordie need to find their home together. Adjustment will take some time for them, but an experienced cat person will be able to help them blossom, and will reap the rewards. They are spayed/neutered, up to date on their shots, and are good with other cats. Their foster welcomes home visits to get to know this adorable pair.

Story
Poppy is an 8 year old cat—she is technically Siamese but presents more as a torty. She’s a calm, happy girl that prefers a quiet environment with adults and no other cats or dogs. She likes to cuddle, spend time with people so long as they don’t chase after her, and has a soft meow.

Story
Meet Fortune : Your Quiet, Blue-Eyed Companion 🐾 Fortune is a stunning, blue-eyed boy with a gentle soul and a quiet way of making himself part of your everyday life. This intelligent Siamese–Russian Blue thrives in a calm, loving home and forms deep, meaningful bonds with his people. Fortune came to Four Paws from a partner shelter in Southern Virginia after his owner sadly passed away. He had been living in a quiet home, and that background really shows, he feels most comfortable in a peaceful environment with a predictable routine. He’s more of a “be near you” cat than a “be on you” cat. Fortune loves curling up nearby, keeping you company while you go about your day. When he wants attention, he’ll let you know with a soft, sweet meow. He’s incredibly smart (he’ll even come running when you call him!) and has a quiet, loyal presence that makes him easy to love. Fortune can be timid and a bit jumpy at first, especially in new environments. But with patience and a calm approach, he truly settles in and lets his affectionate, gentle personality shine. He has done well bonding with teens and will build a strong connection with a family who understands that trust takes a little time. Because of his sensitive nature, Fortune should be the only cat, as he can be territorial and feels most secure when he doesn’t have to share his space. Fortune does have some anxiety and is currently on medication to help him feel his best. He also has asthma, which is well-managed with daily medication. He takes both easily and does very well with a consistent routine. Fortune’s Details 🐾 DOB: 06/01/2020 Neutered: Yes Vaccines: Up to date Tested: Negative for FeLV & FIV Microchipped: Yes If you’re looking for a calm, intelligent, and deeply loyal companion who will quietly be by your side, Fortune may be your perfect match. Give him a little time and he’ll give you his whole heart. 💙

Story
Robin is a petite and slender Siamese lady, by appearances a lilac point. She comes to 4Paws from a rescue partner in Fayetteville WV after being surrendered by her owner who could not afford care for the many cats in the home. She has a confident and friendly personality. In her foster home she is getting along very well with the resident cats and she has become a snuggle buddy with several of them. She likes to play with the catnip banana. She enjoys 24/7 access to a good quality chicken-based kibble and twice-daily servings of juicy Fancy Feast canned as well as Temptations treats. She uses an open top, high sided litter box with World's Best unscented corn litter. She often follows her foster mom around the house and ends up chilling out in the same room, but she also spends her time snoozing with one of the other cats. She likes human attention and petting. She purrs a lot and when in a fluffy bed or on a fluffy blanket she tends to make biscuits. Because of her demonstrated fondness for being close to other cats, she is not suited to be adopted as a single. She needs a home with another friendly, equally snuggly young kitty. Robin is spayed, current on vaccines, tested negative for FiV/FeLV, and has been micro chipped.

Story
Mayo is a beautiful 1-year-2-month-old female cat who is looking for a loving forever home. She was raised in our family home and has been a cherished member of our household. Mayo is spayed, vaccinated against rabies, and is very friendly with people. Mayo's mother is Siamese and her father is Scottish Fold, giving her a unique and adorable appearance. She is affectionate, gentle, curious, playful, and enjoys being around her family. She loves attention and can be very sweet and social. Mayo may have a food allergy and currently does best on a hydrolyzed protein diet. With proper care and the right food, she looks and feels great. We are looking for a patient and caring home that can continue to provide her with the attention and dietary management she needs. Mayo would do best with a family that understands her dietary needs and is looking for a loving companion. She has a wonderful personality and deserves a home where she can thrive and receive the care she needs.
