Sushi is in need of a home where she can be solo and soak up all the attention of a loving owner. True to Siamese breed she is extremely affectionate, talkative, social and loves to cuddle with any person that will let her. She does great with children, extremely patient. She needs an owner that is going to be attentive. She loves affection and a very clean litter box, she doesn’t like to share. Does not like other cats or dogs. She will tolerate them but she doesn't want to be buddies. She is gentle natured and easy to groom and clip nails. She's a lover not a fighter, does not bite or a scratch. In her older age she is calm and mostly wants to perch on a window or sunbathe on a couch. Her favorite place is on someone’s lap. The only health "issue" she has is a reoccurring eye ulcer she sometimes get that only flares up when she is stressed. We have a simple approved treatment plan for that by our vet and it only needs attention when she has a flare up which is rare.

Blake was a stray living outdoors in Harpers Ferry, WV. A kind woman began feeding him but she lived next door to a couple known to be regular illegal drug users and animal abusers. When the drug users began letting him into their house she grew concerned for his welfare and took him into her house for his safety. Although Blake was very friendly and she could tell he had been cared for by someone previously, she could not keep him because of limited funds. She contacted rescues in the area and eventually Blake made his way to 4Paws. He is estimated to be around 10 years old but in good health, although he has some missing teeth. His coat will need extra brushing to get it back in good shape. He is a mellow gentleman and responds to your hand for pets. He is easily handled and loving. He has been around other cats but has not been tested with dogs or children. Blake has been neutered microchipped, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. He has been eating Fancy Feast classic pate and Purina One dry food.
