Meet Fortune : Your Quiet, Blue-Eyed Companion 🐾 Fortune is a stunning, blue-eyed boy with a gentle soul and a quiet way of making himself part of your everyday life. This intelligent Siamese–Russian Blue thrives in a calm, loving home and forms deep, meaningful bonds with his people. Fortune came to Four Paws from a partner shelter in Southern Virginia after his owner sadly passed away. He had been living in a quiet home, and that background really shows, he feels most comfortable in a peaceful environment with a predictable routine. He’s more of a “be near you” cat than a “be on you” cat. Fortune loves curling up nearby, keeping you company while you go about your day. When he wants attention, he’ll let you know with a soft, sweet meow. He’s incredibly smart (he’ll even come running when you call him!) and has a quiet, loyal presence that makes him easy to love. Fortune can be timid and a bit jumpy at first, especially in new environments. But with patience and a calm approach, he truly settles in and lets his affectionate, gentle personality shine. He has done well bonding with teens and will build a strong connection with a family who understands that trust takes a little time. Because of his sensitive nature, Fortune should be the only cat, as he can be territorial and feels most secure when he doesn’t have to share his space. Fortune does have some anxiety and is currently on medication to help him feel his best. He also has asthma, which is well-managed with daily medication. He takes both easily and does very well with a consistent routine.
