Meet 45lb/4 Year Old gorgeous girl GOLDIE! She’s energetic, sweet, loving, and has settled into foster life with confidence and so much affection. Goldie is happiest simply being part of the family. Goldie gets along wonderfully with the resident dog in her foster home and came in with zero signs of aggression, just friendliness, curiosity, and a whole lot of love. She adores children, melts for attention, and has clearly known love before: she offers her paw, gives kisses, and leans right in for snuggles like it’s second nature. She’s house-trained with regular outings, learning her leash manners, and working on crate training (she’s not a fan yet, but improving each day). She’s also learning her name, practicing “stay,” and figuring out household rules, all things she’s picking up quickly with consistency and reassurance. Goldie is a high-energy girl when she’s playing, but once she’s on the couch or snuggled next to her humans, she’s peaceful and content. She’s a devoted companion through and through. Her ideal home? A warm, active household where she can be included in daily life, get plenty of affection, and feel like part of the pack. Goldie is ready to be your golden girl! ##2581076##

Sweet, silly, and sleepy, that’s Demi in three words! This 4 year old, 18 lb Poodle mix is the ultimate Netflix and chill kind of gal, who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap and napping the day away. Demi came into our care because her previous home didn’t want to deal with her skin issues. She recently visited @ivypetsco where we learned that her skin issues are most likely food related or environmental — and easily managed! She’s now on a new fish based diet and using a medicated shampoo, and we expect to see improvement over the next 2 months. She’s also been spayed while in our care and, of course, was the best girl for it all. She’s fully crate trained, house trained, and great with both dogs and cats. Though still a little nervous outside, she’s gaining confidence each day and learning that walks can be fun too. Demi is gentle, loving, and simply wants a cozy home to call her own. ##2542619##

3 Year Old//36 lb Poodle Mix Shaggy arrived at our partner shelter severely matted and underweight, but after a full shave and some care, he’s stepping into a new chapter and has already spent two amazing weeks in his foster home! We quickly learned he is PERFECT. Shaggy is the sweetest, most charming cuddle-bug who has settled into foster life like he was born for it. This medium-energy, zoomie loving pup is the perfect mix of playful and snuggly, he’ll happily trek around the park with you, then curl up on your arm like a baby for a nap. Shaggy’s a total people-person (and dog-person!) who loves tug, fetch, long walks, frozen Kongs, and being part of whatever you’re doing. He’s gentle with kids, respectful with older pups, and has the cutest “I missed you!!” wiggles when you walk into the room. He’s potty trained, learning his manners, and has zero separation anxiety, he just hops on the bed and snoozes like a king. The crate? Not his fave, but he’s working on it. ##2565011##

Max is about 2 years old and around 20 lbs — truly 20 pounds of pure love with the gentlest soul. He’s the kind of dog who melts into your life with quiet devotion. Max wants nothing more than to be close to his person, share moments, and simply be part of your day. He absolutely lights up when volunteers arrive at the shelter — to him, that means a walk, fresh air, and attention from the people he adores. And during quieter moments, when caregivers sit down for lunch or take a short break, Max curls up right beside them, perfectly content just to be near someone. He’s affectionate without being demanding, and he gives his heart easily to those who show him kindness. Despite being abandoned by his previous owners, Max has never lost his love or faith in humans. He is a true companion — steady, gentle, and deeply loyal. Because of his easygoing personality, he could fit beautifully into many types of households, from a quiet apartment to a family home with other pets. Max’s story is heartbreaking but hopeful. When his owners moved away and left him behind in the backyard, a concerned neighbor contacted the shelter we support. They rushed to bring him to safety, knowing he wouldn’t survive on the streets. Since then, Max has been patiently waiting for someone to give him the safety and affection he deserves. Max has the chance to travel to New York in December — but only if he has a foster, foster-to-adopt, or adopter ready to welcome him.
