Grey Frost is a devastatingly handsome neutered male dark-gray Goldendoodle born on July 7, 2023. He came from a backyard breeder who got tired of occasionally having to feed him. While he came from a neglectful situation, the only evidence of that is that he is timid while being groomed (was roughly handled on the rare occasions he was groomed) and he’s shy around other dogs until he knows they are friendly. He is not at all aggressive in any way. Frost is having a ball in his foster home, and is loving and grateful to be fed, groomed, loved and cared for. He has the personality that makes people love Goldendoodles. Potential adopters need to be aware of the grooming requirements for all doodles. Healthy, up to date on all vet care, and ready for someone who has always wanted a doodle, but wants to support a rescue and not a breeder who is only concerned about profits and not the well being of dogs. $475 This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. Dominique is an extremely handsome, very social, black with a touch of white on his chest, male standard poodle born on 3/4/23. He currently weighs about 60 pounds and is a burning, burning hunk of love for sure, so it goes without saying that Dominique loves attention and is ready to bond with his special human. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, received a Proheart 6 shot and is also being kept on flea and tick prevention to maintain his good health. His adoption donation is $750 plus $165 transport fee. If you would like to adopt Dominique the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. Luke is a 12-year-old, 19-pound male Poodle mix from New York City! He has adjusted very well during his time with his foster family in the city. Luke enjoys his walks, following his foster momma around and snuggling. He is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He had a rough background, so his family need to take it slow with him. He initially was sad and confused, but he has come a long way with his foster mom in a short period of time. He loves being on the couch and snuggling and especially loves snuggling at night in the bed. Luke currently lives with other animals so has company during the day and has been observed to soft cry when alone. He would do best as the only dog in the home simply because he wants all of the attention. Luke is looking for a quiet and low key family that will take him on many adventures. We would recommend Luke go to a home with either older children or no children as he needs to take things on his terms. He is a really sweet little boy that deserves a safe and very loving home. Vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, bordetella, and Lepto. Neutered and microchipped. Current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Archie has been with us all his life since adopted at 4 months old. He is loyal and loving. He is a low energy comfort dog that loves being where ever you are. He sleeps most of the day, and is bored. He needs someone who will play w/him, go for a car ride, take him for a nice walk or have a yard. He is house/crate trained. Toys/crate will go w/him. He is not able to go to the dog park - too much stimulation but with the right owner who can help with training that can change. He is about 73lbs. VERY SMART knows commands. Been around children as young as 4 without issue. They love him. He has not had much experience around other dogs or cats at all. When walking outside people are reluctant to have their dogs near him due to his size so he has been limited in long walks/dog park. Newly married, my husband is terrified of all dogs due to childhood trauma so I have to find him a home fast. No fees, just provide him a good home. All toys, crate and elevated feeding station go with him.
