Goldie gets along wonderfully with the resident dog in her foster home and came in with zero signs of aggression, just friendliness, curiosity, and a whole lot of love. She adores children, melts for attention, and has clearly known love before: she offers her paw, gives kisses, and leans right in for snuggles like it’s second nature. She’s house-trained with regular outings, learning her leash manners, and working on crate training (she’s not a fan yet, but improving each day). Sweet, silly, and sleepy, that’s Demi in three words! This 4 year old, 18 lb Poodle mix is the ultimate Netflix and chill kind of gal, who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap and napping the day away. Demi came into our care because her previous home didn’t want to deal with her skin issues. She recently visited @ivypetsco where we learned that her skin issues are most likely food related or environmental — and easily managed! She’s now on a new fish based diet and using a medicated shampoo, and we expect to see improvement over the next 2 months. She’s also been spayed while in our care and, of course, was the best girl for it all. She’s fully crate trained, house trained, and great with both dogs and cats. Though still a little nervous outside, she’s gaining confidence each day and learning that walks can be fun too. Demi is gentle, loving, and simply wants a cozy home to call her own. ##2542619##

3 Year Old//36 lb Poodle Mix Shaggy arrived at our partner shelter severely matted and underweight, but after a full shave and some care, he’s stepping into a new chapter and has already spent two amazing weeks in his foster home! We quickly learned he is PERFECT. Shaggy is the sweetest, most charming cuddle-bug who has settled into foster life like he was born for it. This medium-energy, zoomie loving pup is the perfect mix of playful and snuggly, he’ll happily trek around the park with you, then curl up on your arm like a baby for a nap. Shaggy’s a total people-person (and dog-person!) who loves tug, fetch, long walks, frozen Kongs, and being part of whatever you’re doing. He’s gentle with kids, respectful with older pups, and has the cutest “I missed you!!” wiggles when you walk into the room. He’s potty trained, learning his manners, and has zero separation anxiety, he just hops on the bed and snoozes like a king. The crate? Not his fave, but he’s working on it. ##2565011##
