Just days before Christmas, Inferno and seven other cats survived a devastating house fire in Ansonia. After the home was deemed unsafe, they were left behind to fend for themselves in a crumbling house surrounded by ash and rubble until help finally arrived. Despite everything she went through, Inferno has shown incredible resilience. Inferno has a quiet sweetness that makes her truly special. She is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place, so she’ll need a patient home willing to give her the time and understanding she deserves. Once she feels comfortable, her gentle personality shines—she especially loves soft pets and calm affection. She can also be quite vocal and isn’t afraid to chat with you when she wants attention or to let you know what’s on her mind. PLEASE HELP TINKERBELL FIND THE PURRFECT HOME! Tinkerbell was surrendered by her elderly owner due to moving into a complex that does not accept pets. She is a very sweet, affectionate kitty who loves to sit in any available lap for attention, and purrs loudly! She is chatty, and will follow her favorite people around to talk and get attention. Tinkerbell is 18 years old, and has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for rabies/FVRCP, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and has had a senior blood panel and dental cleaning. The blood panel indicated that she is in the early stages of renal failure, so she is eating canned food.

Chloe is active, curious, shy, playful (enjoys her toys) and affection when she wants to be. Does better on her own. She was a kitten that was found. She is anxious at times. Love’s warm baths. Wrap her in a towel to clip her nails. Eats various wet and dry food. Enjoys laying next to you when she likes to and getting picked up when she likes to as well.
