Meet Willow, a one-year-old tabby who was rescued from a difficult situation in Waterbury after a Good Samaritan stepped in and saved her and her two kittens. The home was overcrowded and only focused on breeding and selling cats, and Willow spent much of her early life confined with very limited access to proper food, water, or socialization. Despite that rough start, she has shown remarkable resilience. Because of her background, Willow can be a bit timid when meeting new people and may take a little time to feel comfortable in unfamiliar situations. Once she feels safe, her personality truly shines through—she becomes a gentle, affectionate love bug who enjoys attention and quiet companionship. Willow has the softest, silk-like coat and a calm, easygoing nature. She keeps her space tidy and doesn’t create much chaos, preferring a peaceful environment where she can relax and observe the world at her own pace. She would thrive in a quiet, patient home, preferably one as an only pet, that understands the value of giving a shy cat the time she needs to blossom. Meet Salty, a five-month-old tabby who made his way to Connecticut all the way from Barbados, bringing a little bit of island charm with him! His name is inspired by the salty ocean air he came from—and it suits him perfectly. While he may be a bit shy at first, Salty has truly blossomed into such a sweet and loving kitten. Once he feels comfortable, he’ll happily curl up in bed with you, making himself right at home as your snuggly little companion. Salty is also full of playful kitten energy! He enjoys batting around toys, climbing his cat tower, and spending time gazing out the window, taking in the world around him. Haru is holy cow cute and fluffy We had an EMERGENCY shelter evacuation this week due to their AC failing and all had to get to safety immediately. The following kittens were all rescued (luckily most had been in fosters prior) and all are super special and super lucky but part of our 26 angels. They are anywhere from 8 to 25 wks old so almost ALL are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home UNLESS u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Akari and Haru - our pair of tiny 8-9 wk old tots are so gorgeous and so special. Akari has the most amazing colored coat and Haru is just a mini floof- both medium hair but what makes them magical are their gentle loving personalities! Alfie, Bodhi, Joey - these tiny 10 wk old cuties are as sweet as they can possibly be. Already deemed therapy cats just like the magnificent 7 listed here below, they are SOOO friendly and SOOOO cuddly it's insane! Just so great - no words truly can say how epic! Dudley, Hugh, Luke, Nelle, Shirley, Steven, Theodora - these 7 10-12 wk olds are literally the SWEETEST kittens we have out of the 100s posted. They make biscuits in your arms, give kisses and are so soft and cuddly. Some have ears that are "funky" from birth - no medical issues - they are perfect in every way! Cayenne and Jalapeno - WOW are these 2 11-14wk old cuties RARE and EXOTIC. First, Cayenne is a MALE torbico which are ALWAYS female but not him, while Japapeno is a Maine Coon mix and a buff color we also don't commonly see. Second, they are bros so what the heck?!! Meet Chacana! Chacana is a 7.5-year-old tuxedo beauty with a sweet pink nose and wonderfully wide, quirky feet that make her extra unique (not polydactyl—just delightfully unusual!). She previously lived as an indoor/outdoor cat, spending her days splitting time between her home and visiting a nearby colony. When her family moved away, they sadly abandoned her, leaving her confused and heartbroken. Despite all she’s been through, Chacana remains incredibly gentle, loving, and hopeful. She is FIV+, but with proper care, FIV+ cats can live long, healthy, love-filled lives. What she wants now is a quiet, calm home where she can be cherished like the queen she truly is. Chacana is a gentle, sweet girl who loves the simple things in life. Her favorite toys are anything stuffed with catnip, and she absolutely melts for head and chin scratches.
