Looking for a wild-hearted adventure buddy? Meet Mabeline, a 6-year-old firecracker with a goofy spirit, tons of love to give, and energy for days! She came into rescue at just 44 lbs and has filled out into a strong, healthy 80 lbs — and now she’s ready to find her perfect match.
This girl is kennel trained, sleeps well in her crate (as long as it’s near her people!), and is working hard on her manners. She’s a little mouthy and jumpy when excited, so she’d do best in a home with dog-savvy adults or older children who can help her channel her enthusiasm in positive ways.
She’s a natural hunter at heart — so no cats, birds, or other small critters in her future home, please. But if you love the outdoors and want a companion who’s eager to be by your side hiking, exploring, or even hunting, she might be your dream dog.
While she’s still learning leash skills and impulse control, she’s smart and eager to please. She’ll thrive in a home with active owners, a secure yard, and maybe even a playful dog sibling to help burn off that zoomie energy.
When she’s not in motion, she’s a total lovebug — she adores belly rubs, couch cuddles, and just being close to her humans. She’ll even bark to let you know when someone’s at the door — bonus: built-in alert system!
