Story
Our  handsome Coconut is a happy, cuddly, loving little guy that weighs 9.5 pounds and is only one year old. We think he is a combination of Yorkie and Shih Tzu mixed together and my goodness what a handsome creation this has made of a truly adorable little dog to consider adopting. Coconut was found wondering a rural neighborhood in southern Tennessee and apparently he belonged to no one that could make the effort to start looking for him.  We had someone call us to help find his home or another forever home that was more responsible.  He was not neutered and matted at the time.  We have this delightful guy to be  a small town with no home to go too. He gets along with other dogs and cats and walks decent on a harness. He will follow you around the home and stay where you are, He loves people and wants to make you happy.   If you know all the ins and outs of owning a grooming required small dog and also wanting one that will adore you for 15+ years, then please email us asking for an application.   His adoption fee to cover all the vetting fully done and microchipped and the transport from Tennessee is $950.   Write to ccrnewengland@gmail.com     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 9, 2023, 10:00 am

Story
Zelda is an adorable little female Yorkie puppy born on 8/28/22. This sweet, timid little girl weighs around 7 pound and needs a mom of her own. Zelda is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and was given a ProHeart 6 to maintain her good health. Her adoption donation is $1200 and the transport fee is $165.00. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
Fred and Sammy were left in front of a foster Moms front home gate. When they were found, they were scared but still very friendly. Both had collars and tags but no one claimed them :(. But that's OK because foster mum has taken SUCH great care of them!!! A good meal and a warm bath helped them quickly settle in. They were matted so they were taken to get a good bath and hair clipping to get cleaned up. Both Sammy (Yorkie) and Fred ( Scottish terrier mix) are happy, energetic, and friendly dogs that have bonded with one another through their trouble. They love running around the yard playing with each other and their toys. Both are very good listeners and want to please you. They have a lot of love to give. They give great face kisses and love to be hugged and petted. Both are heartworm negative but at the moment they are be given pills for a blood (tick) issue. They are best friends and are great companions. Together is where they belong. These boys can't wait to have their own FUREVER home together!!! Local adoption fee together is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee together is $800 (includes transport to your area)
