Meet Ivory — A Beautiful Soul with a Smile as Big as Her Heart Ivory is a stunning 2-year-old, all-white pittie with a heart full of love and a smile that could light up any room. She came to us from Oakland Animal Services after running out of hope — and time. After swallowing a toy in the shelter, Ivory underwent major surgery and made a full recovery in a loving medical foster home. Sadly, going back to the shelter left her anxious and stressed. Thankfully, her amazing foster family welcomed her back, and she’s now thriving. At 56 pounds, Ivory is the perfect medium-large size — strong enough for adventures, yet the ultimate snuggle buddy. She’s doing great with house and crate training, and loves having structure and routine. Ivory is a medium-energy girl who enjoys hikes, long walks, and car rides, but she’s just as happy rolling in the grass or cuddling on the couch. Her joy is infectious — she’s always smiling, and her photos could melt even the coldest hearts. We’re still learning her quirks. She can be a bit cautious with new people or sudden changes, but warms up quickly with gentle handling. She’s affectionate, goofy, and wants nothing more than to love and be loved. Ivory enjoys other dogs, especially those her size or larger who match her respectful, playful energy. Because of her strength and sensitivity, she’d do best in a home with big-dog or pittie experience — someone who can offer consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. Ivory is smart, eager to please, food-motivated, and a fast learner. She just needs someone willing to guide her with love and celebrate her progress. Mia is a super sweet 41 lb bulldog mix. Mia has been sweet and gentle with people and other dogs alike. She currently lives with a 25 lb poodle mix she loves to play with. Mia is young and loves to play, but overall she's pretty laid back and doesn't need a ton of exercise to be happy. She loves playing with toys. Mia is mostly house trained and does fine either in a crate or free roaming in the house. She takes a second to warm up to new people but once she does is super snuggly and affectionate. This girl will make one lucky family very happy!

Chewbarka is only 9 months old and 2 pounds, but so heavy on charm and sweetness! He may be shy in new situations, but quickly warms up and asks for lots of love and pets. Chewbarka has not shown any reactivity towards other dogs, and loves people. Chewbarka came from a kill shelter where he was diagnosed brachycephalic with a heart murmur. For this reason, the Shelter was not able to neuter him. Chewbarka is current on his vaccines and is microchipped. Recently fully vetted, she’s now ready to find the forever home she deserves. Unlike many bulldogs, Reece doesn’t suffer from allergies or major breathing concerns—a rare and welcome trait! She’s a solid girl with lots of lovable rolls and could benefit from regular exercise to shed a few pounds. Reece is both house and crate trained, affectionate yet playful, and has that classic bulldog mix of sass and stubbornness. Reece was raised with toddlers and multiple dogs and has done well, but she would thrive most as an only dog or possibly with a well-matched, submissive canine companion.
