Story

Brody is 3 years old and a lean 60lbs. We adopted him when he was 6 months old. He currently lives in a house with 2 adults, a 4 yr old and a 9 month old. He is getting more anxious and nervous with children around which is why we are wanting to re-home him. He is crate trained, potty trained, knows basic commands (sit, stay, down, heel). He walks and runs well on a leash. He has a lot of energy and needs exercise every day, the mile walks we are giving him daily are not enough for him. He gets along well with other dogs and loves going to doggy daycare. He is cuddly when he is in a calm mood and enjoys sunbathing outside. He is slightly mouthy which is a behavior that will need to be corrected (we thought it was just a puppy phase but he never grew out of it). He tends to nip on occasion, more of an air snap, not a bite. He would do well in a home with only adults. He does have a bite history, but nothing that has required medical attention.

Story

Hela is a 3 year old mixed breed dog. We adopted her from Wags & Walks when she was a puppy. She was born in Feb 2022 and we adopted her in April of 2022. She loves to play with other dogs and run outside in our backyard. But, at the same time she can be a bit anxious and scared. She's experiencing some behavioral issues in our home where she is having a hard time getting along with my sons. She can become aggressive towards them so this means that she sometimes spends a lot more time in her crate than we'd want her to. She loves going to her doggie daycare home and has no behavior issues or reactivity there whatsoever so I know she can do well with another family. I don't have small children or babies so I'm not sure how she'd do with a family with small children. She can be very treat motivated and is a selective listener. I work out of town and out of state and am not able to provide the additional support and extra training that she needs right now.

She is up to date on all shots/rabies and will be spayed before adopted. She would be better in a single dog home until better socialized. She loves to play Tug-A-War with the toy ropes, that's her favorite game. Lara is looking for a loving forever home!!
