My beloved foster humans call me Hippie or Hipp for short ☮️ I'm a true Bully Mix, mostly Bull Dog & some Pit Bull===100% LOVE!💜 Just a couple weeks ago, I was found wandering Clovis, NM alleys with a little friend 🐕 I made on the streets. When Animal Control picked me up, I was confused and so scared. I tried to make myself look small in the corner of my cell, maybe if no-one noticed me I would be safe🥺 Gosh was I wrong! I heard I was “next” on the list, and that must’ve meant next to get the heck out of that scary place! My foster mommy drove straight down from Denver to break me out. She says I have come so far these last couple weeks 🌟 I have not had one accident in the house ✨ if I have to go potty, I will certainly let you know! I also don’t mind being in my crate, especially when my humans are running errands. But when they are home, I just want to be with them.❤️ I’m pretty sure I’ve had one of these things called a family before, but I’m not sure what happened to them… I have been learning about this big world, and realizing I really enjoy car rides with my foster daddy,taking walks around the neighborhood (I’m pretty dang good on a leash too!), and giving you my paw 💅 I don’t bother my kitty siblings, and I like playing with my foster doggy bro Chewie🐾 I live with 4 other canine pals and after I had time to feel safe, we are basically Homies now😁 When my foster parents have their Homies over, I like to get in a couple sniffs and some treats first, then we are all friends 🥰 Ever since I’ve been a puppy, the only thing I have ever wanted was a forever family of my own. I’ve been told my Bulldog smile is so charming it might get me one… Hip is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Meet Sadie, she is a spayed- Pointer Mix (maybe she could have some bully mixed breed hiding in there) 2 yrs and 52lbs. Est. birthday Jan. 16, 2022   She is a beautiful, gentle sweetheart. Very gentle when taking treats, takes her time eating, she is house trained, she did very well when left for an extended time, not one accident. She loves to snuggle, loves as many pets and rubs as she can get, very much a Velcro dog, she needs to be wherever I am. She is timid around my husband but is slowly warming up to him for some loving. Sadie absolutely loves playing chase with my dogs. I have not heard her bark, except when playing. I get the impression she hasn't learned to play inside or play tug. Sadie can fly over a shorter fence when she is running so she would do best with at least a 4+ft fenced-in yard (our fence is lower in spots, so we added fencing to the top). We will be taking her out on the leash this week to see how she does. Sadie knows commands like sit, stay, go potty, down, let's go to bed. Sadie is a happy little wiggle butt too! Huey is an adorable 4-5 year-old happy-go-lucky American Bulldog/Boxer mix. Huey is excellent at all kinds of Colorado adventuring - hiking, running, camping and brewery hopping.  He's happy to crash out on the couch with his people and watch the Broncos (or Love Island, although he'll never admit it). Huey is house and crate trained, knows basic commands and is a absolute gentleman on leash. Huey LOVES kiddos and is respectful of kitties, too! Huey loves his people so much, he may prefer to be your one and only pup, but he may also do well with a well-matched dog friend. Huey is such a hilarious buddy and has the most endearing and loving personality. Huey is also a super quiet dog. His foster reports that he has never heard him bark or make much noise at all.
