I am a wiggly gal full of energy who would be SO excited to be your new furry family member.HOME: I'm an energetic girl, so a home with a securely fenced-in yard would be great! However, I can do a low-traffic apartment on the first floor.DOGS: I enjoy playing with other dogs, but I can be a little much for some. Hi there I`m Bella! I was pretty wary of the humans and doggos when I first arrived at DAS, but I am getting more comfortable with everyone here! My previous owners say that I was not a huge fan of the other furry family members, but I haven`t had an issue with the other dogs at the shelter, even the loud ones. And boy are there some real loud mouths here! I have gotten along well with the other dogs at DAS when it`s play time in our daily playgroups, but I prefer to sunbathe by myself. I mean, I just have to work on my tan! The volunteers say I am a good girl on a leash! Once I get to know you better, we can go on daily walks to soak up some vitamin D. Doesn`t that sound like a dream? Can you tell I love sunshine? I hope you do too, I can be the sunshine in your life!

Canela has not really revealed much about herself here at DAS. She once told us that her name means cinnamon in Spanish. She also expressed her frustration with her `resting sad face,` because she`s not actually sad all the time! Canela may think it`s frustrating, but we believe her `sad puppy-dog` eyes are the cutest! Other than those statements, the rest of the information about Canela only comes from rumors. Some say she went to Bora Bora, but then others stated she has never left the country. Obviously, these are conflicting statements. It seems like DAS volunteers need to keep investigating this cute pup!

Update: Hope is doing really good I was worried when her sister left she’d be a little lost but she’s not. She loves playing outside and running around with her foster siblings. Her favorite game is chase and tug a war. She’s still a big snuggler and loves attention. Goes in her crate easily. She definitely can hear just not sure how well ( always seems to hear the snack bag opening). Hope would definitely love to be your lap dog. She likes to cuddle and sleeps right by her foster mother. Hope plays well with her foster siblings of all sizes and breeds. She likes to play with toys and hang out with her sister Faith. She loves running around outside. Hope is deaf.
