Hi, I’m Raven! Life took a turn when I was brought in as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came to reclaim me. But I’ve been given a fresh start—the shelter gave me a dental cleaning and took out some broken teeth, so now I’m feeling so much better. I absolutely adore people, love to be pet, and enjoy playing around. I think I’d do best as your one-and-only dog, but if you have other pups, a meet-and-greet will help us see if we can be friends. She is HW+, but you can foster to adopt , which means the dog stays with you until treatment is completed and they are cleared, at no extra cost to you. The dog comes off the adoption website once you are signed up for the foster to adopt program, or you can choose to go ahead and adopt, which at that point you are responsible for taking care of the treatment and the cost. How Is Pebbles Still Available For Adoption?! Meet Pebbles, an adorable young gal with lots & lots of love to offer. She's so incredibly sweet! She's gentle & has a playful, silly side too. She's very happy being near someone, especially if they're offering pets & belly rubs.🥰 Pebbles gets along very well with other dogs & she absolutely adores people. She's been nonreactive to cats, even as near as a couple feet from them. She gets very excited to meet new people & will jump with joy at first. After that, she shows that she has good manners.😇 Pebbles would love to find a forever home & become part of a loving family. If given the chance, she would certainly be a devoted companion. Her bright, good-natured personality makes it impossible not to love her.💖 Pebbles' journey: Pebbles & her friend Blue were discovered on the side of a rural highway last winter. It was obvious they'd been dumped there like trash. Every day, they were in the same spot & seemed to be waiting for someone to come for them. That's what abandoned dogs do. They wait. And wait. And wait for the despicable human who left them there to return.. Dogs are loyal by nature. Many humans don't deserve them. A good samaritan fed & watered them in that spot each day for a week. Then the temps dropped to below freezing & that's where we came in.. Besides malnourished, Pebbles was pregnant. No foster homes were available, so she was spayed & boarded at the vet. With plenty of TLC, Pebbles recovered very well. She's always been super grateful & easygoing. She's a beautiful dog, inside & out.🩷 Pebbles is 1 & 1/2 yrs of age & she weighs approx 45-50 lbs. She's spayed, fully vaccinated & hw neg. She's current on preventions.
