Story
I adopted Rhody in 2019. During the pandemic I lost my job and took her on the road with me to visit relatives across the country. Somewhere along the way she started getting very protective and reactive. I just had a baby and she is scaring me with her behavior towards my son. Trying to keep her away from him is breaking my heart. She needs attention and love and a friend. She is a great dog, 6 years old, very loving, playful, cuddly, energetic, uses dog speech buttons, knows all the basic commands, all the basic tricks, plus "kiss", "hug", "whisper", and "go find..." She is emotionally in tune to her person and will come cuddle/lick your face if you're crying or will stand in front of the screen if the news is stressing you out. If she had it her way she would play fetch all day long then cuddle under the comforter with you all night. She is food and toy aggressive to kids, cats, and dogs. She needs a one person household. Someone who will take her hiking, fetch, cuddle and repeat.

Story
She is a goofball with a big heart she will go everywhere with you with a smile on her face! She loves people and being with her person always, she would need to be an only dog because I noticed she is aggressive with other dogs. She has some type of skin issue which needs looked at but other than that she easy going! Shes kennel trained as well, she is only 4 so she is still hyper so keep that in mind, I think she would do best with a home that she is the only pet in because she hates sharing attention even for a second.

Story
Ginger has been our family dog for 4 years we’ve had he since she was 8 weeks old. she is friendly and very active. She comes from a family that has children ranging from 8-18 she. Because she’s a pit she can sometimes scare people because she loves to jump on people. She has never bitten anyone. Due to our family separating we have to let her go. We would like for her to find a new loving home so that she can receive the love and care she deserves.

Story
I've been in the shelter longer than most and my adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me.My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them: He is excited to wake up for morning snuggles and often wiggles himself into our bed first thing. He is great company during the day and rotates between entertaining himself, napping and may occasionally make a public appearance on his foster dads work calls. His favorite outdoor activities include car or boat ride, a bucket of balls, warm weather and unlimited fetch. He's also been known to make a pillow fort or two before settling in for bedtime. It's recommended I meet any kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I need to be the only pet. I'm not comfortable sharing my space or my stuff with other animals. I prefer to be the center of attention! Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 50 Age: 7yrs 2mths 2wks

These pups are in Battle Ground, Washington too!

Story
STORMI is one of 7 babies that were left in dire straits when the mom's owner abandoned them. They are a combination of Boxer, Staffy, Lab and Cane Corso. The woman who has rescued them is about to get kicked out of her apartment because this puts her WAY over the limit but she's managed to get them their puppy shots and wormer and fed them even though it's straining her budget. She found a home for two of the pups but this little cutie and three sisters and a brother are desperate to find new homes. Spays and neuters will be included in their adoption fee. They are somewhat paper trained but will need potty training, leash training, etc. They love people and get excited to see new people. They are chewers as most pups are so learning to be crated when left alone would be to everyone's benefit. If you are interested in meeting this girl or any of the siblings, Khaos, Zuri, Chiquita and Onyx please fill out an adoption application and we'll get you connected to her as soon as you are approved. Or, if you are even willing to foster them while they are looking for a new home that would be great too! Their adoption fee will be $300 which as was mentioned included their spays and neuters. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.October 31, 2025, 12:21 pm
