Although shy and reserved until she knows you, once she trusts you, she trusts you completely. Would do best in an experienced home, no cats, may be compatible with some dogs. Hi, meet Mia, a 2yr old cutie weighing in at about 35-40lbs. She has a beautiful grey and white short-haired coat and sweet brown eyes. Mia is a great girl, loving people, kids and puppies. She hasn't met adult dogs yet so we're not sure about that. Mia is very smart and has even learned how to close the door behind her when told to do so (make sure watch her video!). There's so many tricks ahead she's dying to be taught to perform. She's a high energy dog so you'll have a great time playing, hiking, adventures or just walks and cuddles. Meet Bunny! Okay, her name is really Cayanne, but we call her Bunny because she is super soft like a Bunny! This 18 month old beauty weighs approximately 45 pounds, is kid friendly and dog friendly. We think she is a pittie/husky/hound mix, but we aren’t really sure- so we just call her a Texas special, which is the very best breed! Bunny thinks her humans are the greatest thing in the world. Anytime you walk in the room she greets you like you have been gone for days. She gives big hugs, wiggle butts and races you to the couch so she can give you all the love. She loves to give kisses, licks and gentle nudges to remind you that she is the apple of your eye! Bunny is being fostered with dogs 7-120 pounds and hasn’t met a dog she doesn’t love. She loves to gallop like a horse next to her friends around the yard. She is especially fond of the 7 pound feral yorkie that lives in her foster home and gives her lots of gentle nudges to encourage her to play. She would love to have dog friends in her forever home. Potty trained? YES! Crate trained? YES! She loves to collect all of her babies (stuffed toys) and put them in her “bed”. She lays in her beds and tosses them in the air, rolls on her back, catches them and plays with them. It is pretty stinkin cute!! Adventures?? Walks in the park? Yes please! Bunny is great on the leash. She loves long walks (and can even go on runs), exploring nature and water. She would love to join you on walks around the block or trips to the park. She is great in the car and will poke her head in the front for pets and to give you a little driving advice as you drive her for a morning pup cup or late night ice cream run. Bunny can be a bit shy when meeting new people- but give her 15 minutes and she is in love. She is a little slower to warm up to men, but treats and stuffies are the way to her heart and she can be easily convinced you are a safe human who will love her. Speaking of treats, she is super treat motivated and super smart, her new family will have so much fun training her and teaching her new tricks. She even "snacks rates" by making these really cute chomping noises if the treats are super good! Smart, potty trained, crate trained, dog friendly, INSANELY cuddly and squishy! Remy is truly a special boy with a love for the ladies! He is trying to get to a ladies exclusive Pride event before the month is over! Don’t get me wrong though, Remy is a ladies man but he hasn’t written men off- he enjoys his male humans too! He just needs slow introductions and time to warm up. He needs time to slowly check them out, see what they are about, and then he’ll be your BFF and instant playmate. This boy is truly a loyal king! He is ready for furever and will roll, slip, and slide to get your attention, then hit you with the brown puppy-dog eyes to seal the deal! Sure he snores but its easy to ignore when he has so many other great qualities. Plus, he will always say yes to a coffee date as long as you are buying. His order never changes- one pup cup! Please and thank you! Remy is a 3LP favorite- from staff to volunteers, every person he meets falls head over heals or him. He may win the award for most Doggy-Day-Outs! He is consistently the chosen one, which is where he acquired a taste for Pup Cups and car rides. See him through the eyes of all us Remy lovers in his “dating profile introduction.” This hunk would prefer a home with no cats. Well, if I am honest- he would LOVE a home with cats- they are sooo fun to chase if you ask him. Us, we know that it causes chaos and makes any cat out there upset and we don’t want that for anyone! Remy may only want to play but cats think differently. This boy isn’t only good looks and good taste, he is smart too! He has learned to sit, stay, and his foster mom shared he is house trained! He loves to play fetch and his favorite toy is anything that squeaks.Plus, he is very treat motivated so continued training should be a piece of cake! Looks, manners, teachable… an actual dream man! Saint Remy is also great on leash and rides well in the car so he is ready for walks and hikes anywhere you want to go! Be warned though, he does try to sneak kisses while you drive, he isn’t pushy, just wants you to know he loves you for driving and how much he enjoys spending time with you. He would love a fenced in yard where he can roam and fetch a ball! Even if it’s just him tossing the ball to himself! Which, yes, he does! We believe Remy would do well in a home with another dog that matches his energy and doesn’t mind the classic bully breed approach to play. He is absolutely up for being your one and only though, he has the love and adoration of 5 dogs in him to give and is ready to soak up all the attention and adventures he can to make up for “lost-time.” He has lived with large males both playful and more calm. He loves to romp around and share his toys and has always been the submissive one of the bunch. So much so that he is what we call an Assessment dog. This is basically a gold star in the 3LP world, a dog that is predictable and consistent, used to gauge in-coming dogs personality towards other dogs. Inviting if they were friendly, neutral if they were unsure, aloof and avoidant if the dog shows signs of being aggressive. Diamond is so happy for anyone to love on her that she will literally rollover into your lap on the floor or couch to cuddle. If you stop petting her, she will wiggle right under your hand again. Her affection and heart are so endearing. She makes you feel so loved when spending time with her. Diamond is a happy girl, well-trained in a home environment, and does well in public walking through the neighborhood and greeting new people. She is smart, eager to learn new things, and will make a very best friend for someone! While pretty laid back, Diamond does love nature and hiking. The smells, noises, and sights to explore are her favorite! She barely pulls on a leash when in nature because she is in her happy place! She is ready to jump down hills and into the water. Diamond is trained to walk on a gentle leader and does not bark or show any reactivity while on her hike.
