These two were rescued from a junkyard where they had been tied up and neglected for far too long. Despite everything they've been through, they are incredibly loving, gentle, and just want to be close to their person. Their current foster loves them deeply but can no longer keep them because her landlord suddenly changed the terms of her rental agreement. She's terrified of being evicted and doesn't know what else to do. She has tried taking them to the shelter, but each time there is a struggle because these dogs cling to her — they so clearly just want to stay with someone who cares. It's heartbreaking! I spent time with them and a trainer did a full assessment, and can honestly say they are absolute angels. They are fully potty trained, calm, affectionate, and so deserving of stability and love. Please — can anyone open their home to foster this sweet bonded pair? Even a temporary foster would give them the chance they deserve and keep them out of the shelter. 💔😭🙏

Aspen is an 11-year-old, 50-pound female Cattle Dog. She’s been spayed and has all her recommended vaccines (rabies, DA2PPV, Bordetella, & Leptospirosis). She received a full medical checkup on Feb. 9, 2026, and is in good health. She is a highly intelligent dog that is trained and housebroken, follows instructions, and does a wide variety of tricks on command. She is very dedicated to her owners and shy with strangers. Aspen is energetic and likes to go out on walks. She has a hearty constitution and tolerates cold weather and rain well. She loves food and her diet must be managed so that she doesn't overeat. She lives with 2 cats and gets along with them. She is normally indifferent to unknown dogs but can get agitated with any dogs that bark or growl at her. She does adapt to other dogs when instructed. Aspen is being re-homed because the owner has become handicapped. It would be great if her new home had a yard where she could spend time smelling and relaxing.

Rosie's dad passed away and now Rosie needs a new home. Rosie is probably the most perfect dog you could ever meet. She loves to play with other dogs, is gentle with small dogs and ignores cats. Rosie is extremely smart and loving. She's very affectionate and happy to sit quietly by your side while your work pr watch TV. Rosie enjoys car rides and is well socialized.
